Love the large surface area. I (68 yr old lady) put this together by myself. It says you need two people but with patience you can get it done alone. The directions had pieces labeled wrong in two places on the illustration. Just use common sense and you will figure it out.

The desk is stable, flat, and serves its purpose. Can't complain. Looks great also. The drawers however are awful. Flimsy and there are no gliding mechanisms; the drawers just drag along the metal posts. Unfortunately one of the slots in the drawer was cut too small, so there is grinding and sawdust every time the drawer is opened and closed. Price is 5/5, quality is 2/5, so giving this 4 stars, 3.5 if I could. ... show more

Not wood, it’s really heavy.. took quite awhile to put together. I feel like drawers are going to break.. they slide in and out on wood, drawer pulls are a bit to short to stay tight.. it’s ok! I needed a big space. This is a good size.

I love how big the desk top is and how much room I have to put stuff, but also be able to sit at the desk comfortably with my laptop. Directions were easy enough to follow, it didn’t take super long to put together- I thought it was going to be much worse. I love that there is 4 drawers too.

This desk is just beautiful and well made. It does have a lot of parts so it will take a few hours to assembly for 1 person to do. The only negative thing I would have to say is the drawers do not slide out easily but other than that I love this desk

    • Difficult to put together and square

The product instructions are some errors. They have confused the colors on the two toned desk. They were mislabeled what went in the center and what went on the sides. The drawer area is very difficult to get square and required me removing the top of the desk twice. If you tighten anything too much it is out of square. Use of a square level is needed. Putting the drawers in the slides helps square it, but what a pain. Also once finished the desk appears to sag in the center. It needs a second flat bar across the center. The instructions don't mention the drawer slides must be put on the correct side. I had to remove and replace these also. The ledges for the drawers go to the inside. It's just not mentioned . ... show more

Was very skeptical since it didn’t have any reviews but loved the desk and took a risk!! Definitely won with this one. I love it. It with instructions and all the parts. I also received it earlier than expected. Assembled with no issues, however it does come in a lot of pieces.
