I so LOVE LOVE this curling iron. Wished I would of discovered it before now. Used regular curling iron on wigs ( don't work, waste of time). Just got to use patience but after using it once I got the hang of it except the bottoms but it's a work in progress. Before / After picture of using iron.

    • This product is ridiculous
This heating tool was supposed to be used on heat friendly wigs. After one use of the tool, the wig was ruined. There is no way to create curls with this tool. The barrel is flat inside and good only for straightening. Total waste of money.

I bought this to use on my synthetic hair extension wig wearing. And it works as described. Sets the curl, or straightening of the synthetic hair. But, it also work on my own natural hair. To set my hair curling faster.

I bought this tool to style my wigs, and wow! What a game changer! I struggled to style my wigs before I made this purchase. I know there’s lots of styling tools for biological hair, but not so much for wigs. If you have wigs, just buy it! You can thank me later.

It works for most curls. The cord is inconvenient. It constantly got curled up while trying to curl my wig. It won’t do the side curls like a regular curling iron. It didn’t work for me.

    • "Cool" concept, high cost
I don't wear extensions very much, but I do curl my hair and worry about heat damage. So, I thought the way this tool worked was a clever idea to curl my hair without damaging it too much. The first thing I learned is that, if you're curling your hair, you don't use it like a traditional curling iron. You do NOT clamp the end, roll up the hair, and wait. Instead, you do the hair straightener curling method: clamp at the top, wrap the hair around once, and slide the tool down your hair. The tool works well for curling my hair, though it produces curls that are a little tight for my taste. Maybe I have to adjust my technique. That said, I did love having the curls immediately cooled down and set. Another great thing about the tool is that the outside doesn't get scalding hot. Sure it's hot, and you wouldn't want to hold it in your hand for several seconds. But if you accidentally touch it or it hits your neck, you won't be immediately burned. I love the tool for curling the short hairs close to my neck because I don't have to worry about hurting myself. The only drawback is that this tool is rather pricey. I don't think I would pay full price for it. ... show more
