  • Received damaged
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Rose Gold
The product itself looks beautiful, but unfortunately it was delivered damaged. I am not going to rate them bad due to 9 times out of 10 the damage was done during delivery. I thought I was going to be rolling this nice set out of the country with me . Maybe try to order another time . It look like the pic as well … besides the damage :( ... show more

  • Held up great for a week in Florida!
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Rose Gold
You seriously cannot beat this price for all you get. Huge checked bag, perfectly sized carry on & personal item. The toiletries bag is a little weird and honestly it doesn't do anything that the bags you already have don't, but for $100 for all 4 things I'd count it as a free gift. I would've preferred the personal item to have some pockets inside but I can live without them. I found it hard to move on 4 wheels when it was full but that could also be user error. It moved fine on 2 (tilted, pulling it behind me). The expander worked perfectly and the organization inside the hard suitcases was as expected, nothing special. There was a bit of scratching/denting on the checked bag but nothing to damage my things inside, but again, can't beat it for the price. If you're looking for super cheap luggage that still gets the job done fine, this is it. ... show more

  • Good luggage
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Tan
I bought this set for a family trip to Europe this summer and it worked out great! It's a tad flimsy but par for what I paid for! It did hold up great through multiple airports and trainstations so I do recommend this set if you're not looking to spend a ton on new luggage!! Love the color, too!!

  • Favorite luggage
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Bubble Gum
Love the pink color. Very durable. I have traveled with this luggage several times and it has no scratches, easy to maneuver. There is so much space in the large suitcase that the others are not really needed. I love the compartments that make it easy to organize things. Zippers are durable. Great quality for the price. ... show more

  • Struggled entire vacation with this set
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Tan
So let me tell you about my briefcase expirience with this specific briefcase. So I like to enjoy the finer things in life and look at the glass half full kinda person. So let me start with the positives the briefcase is super cute and stylish. I like that they look good. The storage capacity is amazing you could honestly pack up a water buffalo and take it home. The storage and looks are great couldn’t ask for better. So now that you made it this far here comes the drama and the bad that you all have been waiting for. The wheels on this thing suck I have made an appointment with my chiropractor because I’ve had to drag this thing across the country literally. The wheels would be better off if they were square. The wheels on this thing was probably molded by a blind Chinese kid they felt oval. While my back is shot from lugging this thing from on and off the plane to a cruise ship my mental state is also shot. I called my therapist to up my Zoloft prescription because it’s been so frustrating dealing with briefcase. If I had spare money I would do us all a favor and throw it off the cruise ship. The wheels are so terrible they would probably work better in the ocean where this thing belongs. So now the bright side if you want to become a strong man and participate in the worlds strongest man competition this bag is for you. Because like anyone else my wife and I pack everything but the kitchen sink and when we are on vacation probably by half of the Bahamas. Thank you for making me stronger cause I carried this darn thing literally everywhere because you couldn’t figure out how to make a wheel. You made a oval. Thanks for making me stronger, blowing my back out, and on the verge of a mental breakdown. ... show more

  • Absolutely in love
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Rose Gold
Build quality was amazing, I wasn’t scared of anything breaking within it. The functionality and different size pockets were helpful when packing. I liked the design of the inside, but I do feel like the outside was a common color so that was different when retrieving my bag.

  • I put this [brand new] to the 38,000 km test [24,000 mi], and found it somewhat wanting.
Size: 4-Piece Set Color: Rose Gold
Five weeks, 11 time zones, 33,000 km by air, and 5,000 km driving overseas. <23 kg and <7 kg [for those who know the drill], but never needed to open the "expansion zippers" on either hard bag. Bought a *second* set for my 13 yo daughter, so this review reports on BOTH sets, which had similar problems. a) Nearly every screw on the extendable dragging / pushing handles came loose, the first one by the third airport. We scrounged a tiny screwdriver and kept resetting the things, but had not my farm-girl noticed the problem and fixed it temporarily with the nail-file on my toe-nail clippers, it would have been a huge PITA. Now home, we will reset all of them with Loctite. Too expensive for the Chinese manufacturers, apparently. b) Nearly every internal zipper failed, on all four "hard-case" pieces, and the only zippers on two of the four (much smaller) soft-case pieces. They split apart, jammed, and were generally uncooperative on a consistent basis. Inexcusable, since an extra 10 cents per zipper probably would have taken care of the sucky-quality problem. c) The fabric for the zip-close sections of the "hard case" luggage ripped in a couple of places. Annayance, not problem, but SHEESH, people, this is not high-dollar stuff I'm asking you to fix. d) The "hard case" is not as "hard" as suggested. I had one "casualty" even though well-packed and set to contain any mess. We'll keep using this luggage, since it's basiclly decent, but if you're a serious traveller -- like 150,000 or even 100,000 ... go up a notch for quality. ... show more
