  • Not sure if this is 100% stainless
Style: 4-Hole
Well I like the sink it's definitely a good value for the price and I love the shape. I recently got this installed finally and after about a week I saw rust in the bottom of the sink. I'm very good about keeping my things nice no matter what it is. Luckily I keep my Norwex rag nearby and I keep my sink wipe down regularly with an oil-based stainless cleaner that I've used for over 15 years and if you can't find it you can use olive oil. Either way when I lifted the rubber mat I had in the sink to just do a regular clean out because things can get trapped I had rest spots all over the place so I had to break out the comment but had I not been someone who checks on things regularly this could be a problem. I hope this doesn't become continuous maintenance but I'm afraid it will when using a rubber mat I may have to get something that sits up or stands up a little more to protect the sink without something laying flat and flush. I have also noticed that it's scratches very easily. That may not bother some but I like the look of the sink the way it is and don't need to add anything else LOL ... show more

  • Great product-instructions are lacking an important piece of information
Style: 4-Hole
This is a great product, doesn't sound "tin-ny", and fairly easy to install. The instructions left out a pretty important piece of the puzzle though. After calling the manufacturer, I got it figured out. Attached to the underside of the sink was a bag that had the template for the counter and a weather strip-like roll of foam tape. There was no mention of the tape in the installation instructions or online. I almost ignored it since it was in with the template, which I did not need since I was replacing a sink that had the same dimensions. I'm glad I called the manufacturer because you need that weather stripping-type stuff (i.e. seal) or your silicone will not have anything to affix to. The foam seal needs to go in between the lip of the sink and the metal "groove" the screw clamps grab on to. THEN you put your silicon on the foam before putting the sink in. If you're a "lone" installer, grab some vice/clamps or something really heavy to put in the sink once it's in place because that foam causes the sink to raise slightly and leave more of a gap than you ultimately want. This makes it hard to tighten the screw clamps underneath (if you have another set of hands, they can push down on the top while you tighten the clamps or vice versa, but you'll need to hold that pressure until the foam seal has a chance to press in - about 15 minutes). I deducted a star for leaving out an important instruction AND putting that important seal tape in a bag with a "not always needed/used" template. Other than that, it's and easy install. ... show more

  • Great, but packaging makes shipping a lottery.
Style: 1-Hole
I can corroborate the other reviews saying that they received sinks that had dented lips. I was hoping it was just a case of reviews being mostly grumpy folk, but it happened to me too. I think the problem is the packaging: I replaced this with a Kraus and the two sinks were very clearly packaged in different ways, with the Kraus encased and filled with Styrofoam all around while this one was mostly left to it's own strength in transit. But if they fix that packaging or the shipping company handles it carefully? Oh boy, that sink was amazing value for the price. Heavy, solid steel. Ample sound dampening. The shape and size were just phenomenal coming from a split sink. I just didn't want to play the lottery again and spent the money to upgrade for more consistency. ... show more

  • Beautiful sink!!
Style: 4-Hole
This sink is GREAT! However, the hole on the right for the sprayer is to close to the hole for the cold water if the handle is horizontal it hits the sprayer!

  • Great Sink - The Low Price Is Just A Bonus
Style: 4-Hole
Despite some concern about previous reviews, I took a chance and ordered this. It came very well packed; double boxed and undamaged. I love that it is thicker gauge steel than the sinks at the big box stores AND it also has a full sound deadening coat. Most others I looked at had none, or just on the bottom where the water from the faucet hits. Make sure to pay attention to other reviewers that mention the foam tape. You should apply that to the bottom AND use caulk as well. I took 1 star off the install because of the sink clips. They use a small straight blade screwdriver which is a bit difficult. Phillips, or even better a hex head with phillips would be much easier to work with. One very minor gripe - I do wish the 4th hole was spaced a little bit further from the 3 faucet holes. The holes were all bigger than needed for my fixtures, so I moved the faucet as far left as I could, and the sprayer as far right, and sprayer is still very close to the handle. ... show more

  • One of the best deals we could find
Style: 3-Hole
My husband and I just bought our first home. I knew I wanted a fresh sink in the kitchen and I knew what I wanted. Something deep with only one basin. Unfortunately, ceramic was simply out of our budget. We compromised on stainless and then the hunt began. It was really a budget game for you. But for what we were looking for, this was the best deal! We searched every corner of the internet. The sink did arrive with one of the corners bent slightly. Thankfully my husband is a superstar and was able to bend it back - he did say it was pretty difficult to bend back without leaving a crease.. The sink was also slightly difficult to install - this could be credited to the space we were working in but none the less difficult. Overall, a great sink and looks really good in our new kitchen. Can't wait to bathe our babes in here <3 ... show more

  • Very, very nice sink but the Installation hardware !
Style: 1-Hole
If you're going to install it yourself please remove your children from close proximity as you're going to swear a lot or worse, throw your tools . It's nice sink , nice finish ,tub sized :-) good slope for drainage, but the clamping system is designed by someone brainless . O man ... I thought i've seen it all . True .. I had just about 1 inch around to fiddle with flat head screwdriver ( Yes , clamps screws have lousy slot for flat head ) so the manufacturer got all the names under the sun . Sometimes you wonder if they do it on purpose . Just changing the head to torx or such would make the job sooo much easier . O well .. after all, she loves it so that's all what matters . Cheers and have fun . ... show more
