  • He's FUGE!

This figure is amazing and I have no problems with it at all. Very well done. My only problem is with the price. Not long after I purchase it, the figure goes down in price and didnt even get a credit to refund the difference of the price change. Same thing happen with Studio Series 86 Wreck-Gar after I bought him the price went down. And I bought two of them lol. ... show more

  • A honking BIG Boy
Style: Generations War
What can I say? The Ark is a great toy/play set combination that, while a bit costly, isn’t outrageously priced (at MSRP, at least). The transformation is relatively simple, the toy is very stable and sturdy, and it comes with a great second figure (Teletraan 1). In ship mode, it pairs well with core class and mini figures. In robot mode, the Ark stacks up well against figures like Omega Supreme (and dwarfs Combiner Wars gestalts like Superion). My only major gripes are the thumb and finger articulation on the hands (which make the hands look weird) and the large gaps on the back of the ship mode (which were necessary for the leg transformation). Overall, a great figure, would highly recommend it if you can get it for a reasonable price. ... show more

  • Good Titan, but less playability than others.
Style: Generations War
PROS: +The mold looks great. Lots of excellent details +Telegran figure is great. +Little Extra pieces such as blast effects, the Golden Disks, Sky Spy satellite, Micro sized Optimus Prime +Strong Joints for holding a pose in robot mode CONS -The Ark is not compatible with the Ramp system used in the War For Cybertron series. -It also has very few places to connect blast effect pieces. It would have been easy to disguise 3mm pegs on such a large figure. -Legends/Core class figures are too big to interact with the Ark. Only the Microsized figures are compatible in Ark mode. -Some panels pop out easily -Knee joint is visible in ship mode -Simple Hand articulation compared to Fortress Maximus and Metroplex. Where the Ark falls short is that we get less interaction with the figure than previous City sized Titans like Scorponok, Fortress Maximus, Omega Supreme, etc. The Ark is a good display piece on its own but not a playset like other Titans. It's more like a combiner Titan without the combiner gimmick. ... show more

My 11 year-old was smiling from ear to ear when he opened this on Christmas. The biggest and sturdiest transformer I’ve ever seen. A no-brainer addition to any transformer collector’s collection.
