This is a size 16 ft trampoline. It took a little bit to build ,but the concept is straightforward and easy to comprehend . Better if 2 people build it. Make sure the hols on the bars are sticking out not in or you'll have to take it apart and reassemble lol It's safe, studry and can hold over 1200 pounds. It's very stable as it comes with anchors to anchor it into the ground but we got 6 bags of cheap dirt or sand as additional weight to hold it down. We all jump.on it as a family. This feels like an expensive brand of trampoline but has a very affordable price. Many people can be on it at the same time with the 1500 weight limit. Love it! This is a great trampoline for the price. Came in two boxes mailed separately at different times. The first box was a nice size and weight, however the second box was huge and extremely heavy. When assembling the trampoline you should probably have two people for assembling the base. I did it solo and it was a pain in the a$$, but I did manage to complete it. The reason I gave 4 stars is I strongly feel the base circle frame should have tap screws to hold it together instead of the springs holding it tight to keep its shape. This makes it difficult putting together solo and also makes it so the trampoline can’t be moved from area to area with out risk of damaging the base frame. With all that said I’d still but it again. Trampoline can hold plenty of weight and has a lot plenty of bounce to it and seems to use decent materials. ... show more

First off the item came sooner than expected which was great. Everything was packaged well in the box and no damage to the outside. Unfortunately the spring cover had a tear. After contacting the seller they quickly responded and sent a replacement. It took a couple hours for my husband to put this together, but the directions were easy to follow. We ran across a couple of issues, one the string to hold the net down was not quite long enough, but fixed that with a few zip ties. Second the ladder holes don’t quite line up for the steps. The top lines up no problem but the bottom steps don’t match up. My 9 year old son is very happy and has already given it a good test run. It is very sturdy and has a good bounce. The basketball goal is a great addition and attached very sturdy. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase from them again. ... show more

Great product, AMAZING customer service!! We bought this trampoline for our children for Christmas & finally had nice weather to put it together for them on a warmer day! It comes with step by step instructions and was pretty easy to put together! We used one wind stake while trying to figure out where to move it in our yard permanently and unfortunately we had some high winds (after only about a week putting it together) and the trampoline was partially damaged. We reached out to the amazing customer service to see if they could replace the parts damaged. They got back to us within 12 hours of my email and we were in communication through email and on the phone. They do not have a warranty for damage, but this amazing company is sending us the parts that we need to fix it for free! The customer service team were so friendly and helpful with our needs! Our children will be jumping on their trampoline again in no time!!! ... show more

Our family got this trampoline for our 11 and 6 year olds for Christmas. They love it and use it all the time regardless of weather! It’s a hit with their friends too! It’s super safe and we screwed it to the ground and holds up during bad winds/storms also! Do not let the kids grab or hang on the basketball hoop as it will bend and not made to do that. Also we had a small issue (that the kids did by bending a pole-their actions not a malfunction of any sort) and after reaching out to the company they blessed us with replacement parts! Everything about this is flimsy. The net for was way to big so I sewed the extra netting up to avoid trying to pack it up and trying to return it. I will be shocked if this piece of garbage lasts more than one summer.
