After token research, which was basically watching a YouTube video, I selected this brand because made in Brazil. It's difficult, but I like to play the "not made in China" game. But also because many years ago (late 20th Century), I spent a lost weekend in Rio during my Navy days, so I have that connection. The price was very reasonable. The pots are on the thin side, and small, but suit my needs. They're a very attractive silver color, so they look more expensive, which means absolutely nothing because they sit in the cabinet most of the time. If you're Julia Childs, I don't think you'll be delighted. Definitely worth the money for a casual cook, and if they last two or three years I'll be a satisfied.
