I used the 3qt sauce pan on the induction burner and seared the chicken using the frying pan on a gas range. Both performed excellent. This set of utensils is best quality. Heavy bottom of these helps in equal distribution of heat and the food doesn't stick to the bottom. Its very easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Its the best deal for the price. Happy to add them to my kitchen.

I like the shape of the pans, larger at top. This low to medium heat is bad though bc it takes forever to boil water, even a small amt. So…the verdict is still out.

Was looking for a skillet for an induction cooktop and came across this set. All pieces are really nice but skillet won't work with induction cooktop.

The pots work fine. The skillet however is not induction which is why I bought the set. I was looking at skillets as that's what I was needing in induction and this set wasn't much more than an induction skillet so I thought it would be a nice idea to go on and grab this set for them price I'd get the skillet I needed plus some decent pots.
