This is my second pair of waist trainer I ordered through Amazon. The first one was almost $40 and I end up sending it back 3 days later because it started to rip and you can see the "steel" bone coming out poking my back. And then I saw this one. I was a bit hesitant just because of the other product. I read positive and negative comments. And after reading it through, I decided to give it a try. I'm 5'2 150lbs but most of my weight is in my stomach area. I would usually wear L/XL but I ordered Medium. It came right on time and right away, I tried it on. I'm happy with this purchase. The quality is so much better than my 1st one, the price is cheaper, sizing is perfect and it definitely snugs your mid & lower section. My 1st and 2nd day, it's a bit tight and made me feel nauseous some part of the day. But today is my 3rd day wearing it on for almost 9 hours now and it feels comfortable. Based on the size recommendations it suggested I buy A 2x. I typically Wear a large. However, When I received it even in the tightest clip it was still room for me to slide my hand in. These are meant to be a little tight. Otherwise, It was super comfortable and I love The zipper and clip option. I'm returning this one and sizing down to a xl. I really Think it's going to be super comfortable and good to wear during the day when I'm not working out. Update- I have Purchased an xl that was still too big and then a large that fit just a little tight but I still wore it on the third clip. I now Have a medium that fits right with room to downsize in clips. I cant Say where they get their seizing recommendations for but for me - one size down from my regular size was the fir I wanted. I normally wear a large and ended up with a medium. The 3 other sizes were larger or email to my usual size and way too big. Again, these ar em want to be tight on the loosest clip with roomy to tighten. I wear This during the day when I'm doing nothing as shapewear. I would Not wear this to work out because I like A rubber feel to sweat when working out and it's also easier to wipe clean. This would need to be put in the washer and I dont Think it would have the same result in causing sweat. So now that I have The right size it's great but I asp Have three I purchased That went to waist until I fond Someone to give them too so the sizing is tricky. ... show more

I did have to return for a size smaller. I am 210 and I originally got a 2XL. I love the extra brackets and zipper. But the Velcro cinch is a bit wonky. When you tighten the Velcro, the top of the waist trainer bows outward and becomes loose near the top. Also I read reviews prior to purchasing and many said this was long enough for longer torso. Ok, sooo I am on my 2nd day of wearing mine. I am 5"5 220lbs. I got a Large and the 1st time I put it on it was tight and I felt like it was doing it's job. I worked out and went for a walk and it made me sweat and it did not slide around or roll on my or jab me in my side. BUT now after almost 1 week and breaking it in it is super easy to get on and it's NOT as tight now and I really really wish when I ordered it I would have stopped worrying about if it was going to be too small and what size to get and being "cautious" because I really screwed myself because I actually should have gotten a MEDIUM instead and it would of fit perfect because now like I said after breaking it in it's not as tight as it was when I 1st put it on. All the comments said to buy this 1 size smaller than your shirt size, but I should have actually gone 2 sizes smaller than shirt size. But it is really good quality and very well made and it's comfortable to wear for long periods of time. So I'm going to end up having to buy a smaller one now, probably a medium. Absolute Junk!!! Doesn’t work at all. I purchased a size down because I wanted it to fit tighter than normal. It was very loose and ineffective! Complete waste of money!! Don’t believe any of the positive reviews ever again!! I sent this garbage back!! They can have their useless junk!!

This product is well worth it, it’s well made and comfortable. I initially ordered an XL and had to return it to get a 3X, which fits me perfectly. Great for long torso such as mine. I’ve been wearing the trainer all day and even sleeping with it. Only Removing it when showing of course, and I had to take it off yesterday only because I went to my a doctors appointment. When I tell you I see a difference with my back, sides and stomach yesss. I’ve only been wearing the trainer for a about 3 or 4 days and that made me super excited and can’t wait to see my end results after wearing it for a full month or so. Also to Add and confirm without me asking, my granddaughter saw my stomach without the trainer on this morning & said to me, grandma your stomach looks smaller. So, I know what I saw was real, because we know kids will tell you when you’re fat and when you’re looking skinny. Lol.. I give the product 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & 2 thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽 The trainer is a must order because it does work!!!! Seriously!!
