I purchased this waist trimmer/sauna belt to take my fitness journey to the next level. I have a sauna vest that I used but I wanted something tighter. I really love that this waist trimmer has the extra velcro belt so you can tighten the waist trimmer as tight or as loose as you want it. I like it so much better than a waist trainer that only has only the loop closure or just one velcro strap. The boning within the trimmer is sturdy and I feel so much taller and supported when I wear it. I am 155 lbs and on a weight loss journey so I purchased a size small. I probably should have gotten a medium because I am not yet fully able to get all the way on to the velcro and can feel it scratching at parts of my skin. This is not an issue due to the product but more because I purchased a size too small. I was trying to avoid purchasing another one in the future and really wanted a tight fit. This is my second pair of waist trainer I ordered through Amazon. The first one was almost $40 and I end up sending it back 3 days later because it started to rip and you can see the "steel" bone coming out poking my back. And then I saw this one. I was a bit hesitant just because of the other product. I read positive and negative comments. And after reading it through, I decided to give it a try. I'm 5'2 150lbs but most of my weight is in my stomach area. I would usually wear L/XL but I ordered Medium. It came right on time and right away, I tried it on. I'm happy with this purchase. The quality is so much better than my 1st one, the price is cheaper, sizing is perfect and it definitely snugs your mid & lower section. My 1st and 2nd day, it's a bit tight and made me feel nauseous some part of the day. But today is my 3rd day wearing it on for almost 9 hours now and it feels comfortable. I love that it is full length. I’ve always had a hard time with ones coming too short and my belly hanging out or not coming up high enough. This one is perfect. You want it to be snug so tight is ok. It slimmed me down and made me sweat.

I chose a Medium and the size is extremely small. If you wear a size 2 and are a skinny girl MEDIUM is your size. That’s how small the sizes go. I wear a size 5-6 which isn’t small also isn’t big. Usually medium is for me. But the sizing for these run smaller than you think. So I’m assuming I’d have to purchase a large or XL based of the sizing! Just giving the girlies real feedback.
