The wheel fits without any problems. The base of the dock is wide enough that it doesn't budge or flip easily. The material is a sturdy plastic - not flimsy - so I don't think it will crack or break unless something serious happens. It doesn't slide around on the concrete and I don't see that being an issue unless there's other factors involved. I can't think of anything I'd rather have or how this could be designed or engineered any better or different. ... show more

This works great on my boat trailer. The wheel in the photo is 8 inches in diameter and 3 inches wide. This is so much nicer than the scrap of OSB that I used to rest the wheel on in the past. The dock itself seems to be made of pretty stout plastic, so I suspect it will be durable. The short loop or cord attached to the dock is probably too short to be very useful, but I doubt that I would want or need it anyway. ... show more

    • Keeps my wheel out of the mud
Works well to keep my wheel from sinking in the mud. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. It also does well to keep my trailer in place like a wheel chock. It’s not very bulky and is light weight. The drain on the bottom could use some improvement as it gets blocked by the wheel when in use. Not sure what the rope is for. Maybe to help pull it out of the mud if it does sink? Or maybe to hang it when you’re not using it? The plastic feels durable and doesn’t flex when my wheel sits in it. ... show more

I got this after previously purchasing wheel chocks for a carry-on trailer and this is much better. It's compact, lightweight, and therefore much easier to store and deploy than four wheel chocks. This wheel dock does what it’s supposed to do and does it well. Because I’m using this with a small trailer for a 10’ boat, I thought I could roll the trailer onto the dock by hand; but it was difficult. I ended up just lifting and positioning on, which wasn’t difficult given the light tongue weight. Good product. ... show more
