I bought a pair of these solid rubber wheel chocks to use while doing some needed vehicle maintenance. Since the local options were all cheap plastic chocks for this price range (less than $20) I decided even cheap rubber chocks would be worth the price. I was not disappointed! These are actually quite heavy, and will work great. Don't know if they are designed to be use in only one orientation, but I can see them being useful in at least two different ways. If you need solid, grippy, get-the-job-done wheel chocks...get these instead of the cheap plastic ones! Only thing to note: the "handles" on the back of the chocks are kind small (think skinny fingers only.) If that bothers you, get some carabiners and you should be good to go. ... show more

These are really, really nice. They are thick, heavy, solid, and have fantastic grip on them. I have used them both on my driveway and on gravel and was surprised how well they dug into the gravel to hold. The handle makes it even better whether you want to rope them together or keep them single, being able to easily reach down and grab is a plus.
