    • What’s not to live about Traditional Medicinal Tea?

I’m not sure where to even start but to say you need to seriously try not only this brand of tea but the flavor and the reason behind it. The flavor is so good, the blends are soothing and the quality of tea for the money you pay is worth it. After having oral steroids as well as steroidal injections and then having surgery for a shoulder injury, the water retention developed sad to say. After doing some research and looking for a more natural way to reduce the added water weight due to the steroids I found this cranberry blend of tea. Can I say it worked miracles? No, but steroid injections tend to cause water retention that can last for weeks maybe even months but I will say, I did see a difference once I started drinking it. I do want to mention that I did talk to medical professionals prior to drinking this tea ti make sure it was okay and was given the go ahead. With that being said, if you have any medical issues please check with your pcp first as you don’t want to hamper anything that you are being treated for. Keep in mind that what may work for one person may not necessarily work for another but it is worth a try! 😊 ... show more

Received Dec 2023 and expiration date on label is September 2026. I imagine this 6-pack will last me a year, year and a half. Actually I don't believe the ingredients lose their good effects. Might lose some aroma, but actually I don't think the main ingredient has much of an aroma - though YMMV. Anyway, I've been drinking this for years, definitely good for sore throats, actually good any time because it just tastes good. Does not absolutely need sweetener but you can use a little. If you are used to sweetening black tea (I mean the typical caffeinated kind), don't use that much sugar or sweetener - it will come out way too sweet. Because the ingredients in the tea bag already have some sweetness. I think it might be the slippery elm bark in there. Anyway, so this works out to around 20 cents a tea bag - still more than I'd really like to spend but way less than any other deal I've seen. Might try making my own using similar loose ingredients someday. ... show more
