    • Really works but different formula I think?
This stuff really does work. I’ve tried it before and it worked then. I just didn’t maintain ☹️ However I think they use a different formula now. Last time it was more like granules that breaks up easily in a water bottle. This time it’s more like a powder and it takes a while to shake up and dissolve. Take caution when using. Let me tell you my first experience. The package says drink 30 minutes before eating and up to twice a day. DONT START THERE! I’d recommend 30 minutes before eating and once a day for he first few days AND start on a weekend when you have home court advantage. I started on a weekday, at work…Listen…when I tell you everything I ate since 6th grade came rushing out like a bat outta hell! And I was at work!!! I don’t know about you but I try not to boo boo at work if I can help it. And the smell!!! Smelt like burnt tires! I was one second from calling in a bomb threat to my job so I could safely walk out of the restroom. But when I tell you I lost 11 pounds in my first week! I was thrilled. So now that I’m WFH I’m trying it again. Sorry kids! 🤣 ... show more

I normally do the lemon aid cleanse so you do the salt water flush in the mornings But a friend Told me this would be better. Tastes like dirt, I didn’t add honey or sugar of corse bc that what I am trying to get rid of. And I haven’t had any more bowl movements than regular, no bueno. I think the cleanse China tea or organic pineapple juice in the stores work better for me. I didn’t see any different. ... show more
