Dandelion tea is generally somewhat bitter....unless you add a teaspoon of honey. Delicious way to cleanse the liver for healthy detox. No irrirtable side effects noticed.

This tea is gentle and works best when consumed warm or hot. I found that using just one bag wasn’t quite strong enough for me, so I started using two bags, which gave me the results I was looking for. While it’s not the most potent laxative tea I’ve tried, it’s still effective and does the job without causing a lot of discomfort. If I was looking something mild and easier on the stomach, this is a good option. Just keep in mind that you may need to adjust the strength to suit your needs.
