This is my new go to tracker. I have started using Tracki's exclusively for business and personal use and couldn't be happier. History can be a little difficult to read is my only complaint but battery life, accuracy, price, customer service are exceptional.

    • A leap forward from the previous generation
It's not often a device fulfills all the requests that a customer might ask of a manufacturer, but Tracki seems to have knocked it out of the park with this one. The battery life is almost shocking and I hope that it stays that way as it ages. The case is rugged and the magnets hold well.     • This ain’t no Tile tracker! No comparison!
Every once and a while I get surprised with a product I bought from Amazon on how good or bad it is that I stop life in its trucks and get reviewing. This is one of them. I am beyond impressed on this purchase. I bought one, started using it, then immediately bought two more. For a long time I’ve been using Tile for my trackers. This product… ain’t no tile! It’s wayyyyyyy way way way better than tile. It has SO MANY features that are so damn impressive I am settling down to right about each of them I have noticed or used so far. And mind you, I know for a FACT there are SO many optional features you have complete control of turning on or off to personalize your tracker using experience that I know I haven’t even begun to explore all of them, so you will notice more. Except for cursing myself for all the money and time I spent using tiles products, I’m super happy with the way I have things set up on all of my Tracki trackers (love the name) so I don’t have a need to mess with any other optional features that u might like to take advantage of. And all of them are free to use or not use, though keep in mind, u can’t use this tracker at all without their base subscription for using their service, of which you have tiers of packages to choose from based on your needs. We will get into that later in this review. Let’s begin. I’m not one to care about product packaging but to put it this way, the thing is packaged better than all my Ring cameras and outdoor camera lights I’ve purchased. And the product itself is remarkably heavy for its size (the trackers size is about half of an American dollar bill in width and length) there is no doubt these trackers are made with good material. Inside the package comes with a charger, pamphlet in well written English (u will have zero need for it because of its simplicity and the app) and multiple options for u to choose how you want to attach the tracker to the object u want to track. All of these methods are extremely sturdy and strong as hell. Yet, at the same time they all allow you to detach from its “base” for removal to recharge it and then slide and click it back into its base. For example, I chose the magnet option for attaching my trackers to the vehicles I’m tracking. No joke… the magnets are damn near lethally strong… as I said I bought two more trackers and accidentally let two of the magnet bases within a six inch vicinity of each other…it hurt my hand like hell which was in the way of the two magnets when they came smashing into each other. Then… to get them apart I need to ask a strong man who used tools to separate them. Letting me know… at least I have no worry at all that my trackers will detach from the cars I am tracking. There is also a sticky foam option for attaching your base and a screw-on base with screws if u want a more permanent presence. Soon as you get your tracker the first thing u do is charge it with the provided charger (c type). I charged mine overnight probably 24 hours. The battery life is in no other words INSANE! I mean… I’m just in such shock that these cheap devices… crazy…it’s just one of my best purchases ever on Amazon that’s for sure. It’s been about 3 weeks on that same charge (I have the best package they offer to track and report to me every 15 seconds which is almost direct in real time tbh) and checking now it’s 39% still! Going at that rate… one single overnight charge with the highest package to track every 15 seconds… should last over one month. AND! And… I opted out of an option they have in settings to turn battery saver on after one hour of not moving But movement will then trigger it to reactivate back to its online state. Just impressive to me is all I’m saying… especially for the cost of this item! Moving on… download their app,you will need it and u should love it. Like I said.. so so many options and features that I would spend hours writing details and opinions on them all. So I can’t go into all of it you will just see yourself. When u get the app, next u will get the easy, I think… it’s maybe four or five super super easy steps worth of set up will pop up. The second step in these easy instructions is to choose your data plan subscription (I say “data plan” because this tracker comes with its very own built in SIM card… no more guessing if you have to buy one that’s actually compatible). You will have to pay for the subscription and u will need it in order to use the tracker. I think they range from 19.99 to 29.99. Once you’re live, you should take some time exploring all the features and options in the app. You could play around with its speed limit alert notification, where when u click this on, you get to choose what mph u want the tracker to be going for you to b alerted. There’s more, like low battery alerts and geofencing. Not to mention a plethora of how-to informative videos in its own section. One of its BEST features in my opinion it’s how to contact help. There’s no comparison like being able to pick up the phone and get a live rep right away (sounds to me like the reps are right here in the good old USA as opposed to overseas if u know what I mean the language/accent barrier). There’s also live chat which I have also used and once again, right away at any time I’ve reached out I always get someone there and ready to help me. And I think there’s an email option too but that’s just not for me. Well there you have it. I know I’m forgetting to include some details in this review but I’m an avid updater so I will def come back to this review with more info should I think it would be helpful to you. ... show more

    • Awesome product! Battery lasts a long time! GPS tracking won't let you down!
What can I say about this product? If you need to keep tabs on someone's or something's whereabouts, buy it now! The battery lasts a VERY long time. I have been tracking a vehicle for 3 months and the battery percentage is currently at 68%!!!!! The gps is VERY accurate too! Thanks to this sweet little Tracki Pro, I have found out where my significant other has been disappearing to! What a very small price to pay in order to find out the truth!     • for protecting/monitoring dump trailer and towable wood splitter
I found these Tracki Pro units easy to activate. I've only had them a few days and have had a good experience getting answers from Tracki both online chat and on the phone. The units are solid and feel well-built. The Trackis come with a strong magnet to attach them to the trailers. I chose the 2 year plan with ability to monitor with up to 1 minute updates. Their app was easy to install and is on my iPhone and laptop. I can easily see where both of them are on a map. The app also shows their battery life. I haven't moved them yet and expect to receive an alert message if they move even a few feet. My dump trailer was stolen last week and I had to purchase another which is why I got these Tracki monitors. I put them on the new dump trailer and on a towable wood splitter. I also suggest looking into and adding other preventative physical measures; trailer ball locks/chains for tires/motion alarms/ etc. I anticipate a thief will outsmart just about all my preventative measures but will hopefully think it's too much work to defeat all the chains and locks and not try to steal it. The other measures include a Ft. Knox hitch locks and a Kracken hitch lock. Lastly, the people I spoke with at Tracki were knowledgeable and helpful. Getting a 2 year plan included a nice discount.     • Tracked cross country shipment successfully
I used the devices in my move from California to the east coast. It worked reliably and was able to know the location of my shipment when there were delays with the shippers. Customer service was helpful as well. Only con, I don’t like that the cancel button in the app doesn’t just cancel subscription. Instead, just a link to customer service. Had an issue with it falling off the car despite the strong magnet so Katherine and Kendra Dee helped via live chat to order a replacement at no charge since I had the subscription and I request discreet packaging. It was easy to set up and easy to track your car however since the GPS bounces around a bit it may make you wonder if it was an actual stop along the route or if it was just the GPS bouncing but if you watch it live you will without a doubt understand if it went and where the car is stopping.
