Both my wife and I really like the two distinct colors for these, making it easy to take your meats to the grill on one color(I do not put cooked meat back on the same platter I took it to the grill on without cleaning it), take it back to the kitchen, and pick up the other one to take the cooked items into the kitchen without having to rush cleaning it. I love that the trays stack and the "uncooked" one can just be under while I drink my beer and grill. They are sturdy and I can hold them one handed. They have yet to get over heated, and I suspect the only way they would melt is if I put them directly on a grill. I had been looking for this product for years with out knowing it! I always was bringing my uncooked meat out on metal cookie tray, and the tray would get hot outside and next to the grill. I was having to wash the try during the middle of BBQ so I could have a sanitary place to off load cooked food. I also used silicon mats to help keep uncooked and cooked separated, but they would warm up oddly next to the grill. Get this product. 11/10 recommend. ... show more

These trays are great! Stack them with the red on top, black on bottom. Put the raw meat on top and then swap them out so you have a fresh tray ready for your meat after grilling. Then just put the trays in the dishwasher. Makes clean up much easier.
