This is not my first ebike from this manufacturer. The fact that I bought the same exact bike 2 years later should tell you that it's an excellent product. Pretty much bulletproof. But, as it's the second one, I did insist on some upgrades right out of the box that I would FIRMLY recommend. Let's talk about it. BUY PLENTY OF FULLY METALLIC BRAKE PADS. AS IN 6 PAIRS. It's just as important if not more so, to be able to stop as it is to be able to ride. THORN RESISTANT INNER TUBES. Keep the stocks as emergency spares. Same goes for the tires. REPLACE THE STOCK TIRES WITH SCHWALBE TIRES. Just trust me, keep the stocks as spares, they're not terrible. BIG COMFORTABLE SADDLE. Don't skimp on the saddle, the stock one is ok but it's about comfort so you can ride longer and further. STEM RISER NECESSARY. The stock stem is very short. Very short. And last but not least at all, HIGH GRADE FIREARM LUBRICANT FOR THE BEARINGS AND MOVING PARTS. You'll get thousands more miles by adding a professional grade metal conditioner. That being said, you will end up with one of the most formidable, long lasting, quality made and reliable ebikes around. Here's what I have been through with my first T-276: ran it into a FedEx truck at medium speed; had a head-on collision with another bike at full speed; hit a sidewalk curb at full speed and broke my humerus in 3 places; and got hit standing still by another ebikes doing around 16 mph (that broke my headlight). And to this day, that original bike is running flawlessly with over 3000 miles on it, has gone through 2 sets of tires, and the only thing keeping it from being in perfect shape is a very slight and imperceptible warp to the front tire from hitting that curb. Otherwise, no worse for wear, literally. Oh, I did have to replace the charger but no biggie. I just wanted a new one. I remember searching Amazon trying to find an ebikes that would not be a lemon or a toy. How would I know where to start? It's exhausting. Take my advice and make the small upgrades, and rest assured that you made the best decision: these bikes are golden. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I commute with it eight miles round trip. I've ridden it 385 miles in three months. When it came, one of the brake discs was bent, and the charger didn't work. I ordered replacements from Amazon, and the company reimbursed me promptly. I had a little trouble with one of the pedal cranks coming loose. I fixed it with some Loctite. I also added a Zukka stem riser for the handle bars (I'm 6'1"/200lbs). This bike will easily run faster than you can pedal @ 21.6 mph. It has a throttle control on the handle bar. The power also automatically responds to pedaling, and you can set the power to three different levels. It has a nice data display that shows speed, miles, trip miles, and voltage. It also has two other data displays that I'm not sure of - amps? and something else? It has a nice LED light and a horn (helpful when passing pedestrians). ... show more

This bike worked great for the first 100 miles. Then it just stopped working. Local repair is impossible as nobody wants to touch a cheap, Chinese, Amazon-sold e-bike. I have been trying to get answers from the Chinese seller for over two weeks. I explained what was happening. They forced me to send a video showing them exactly what I had described. Apparently they didn't believe me when I said it wouldn't power up and needed proof that their bike doesn't work. Then told me they would send a new LCD display unit. That was 10 days ago. Communication would be faster via carrier pigeon, which are extinct. I sent a message via Amazon messenger, and they send a reply 24 hrs. later. I send a response they get back to me 4 days later. It's impossible to get any movement on this. The bike has a 1 year warranty but they are slow-walking the process to wear me down or to let the warrant expire. I asked when the display unit would be shipped and the reply was it's out of stock. They don't know when it will be sent. Out of stock? How do they produce more bikes for other suckers to buy? Don't waste your money on this garbage bike and its company. ... show more

I bought this bike in May 2023, so I’ve been using it for about a year and a half now. Overall, I’m very happy with it – a great bike for the price. I’ve recently hit 1,000 miles on it. However, I think this bike has one significant flaw, and it’s related to safety. The handlebar attachment to the tube is poorly designed. Both the stem and the tube are round, and they are clamped together with two small bolts. I’m not sure how tight they need to be to prevent the handlebar from rotating. The bolts are small, and I’m afraid of stripping them (photo attached). As a result, the handlebar rotates with relatively little force. A couple of times, light impacts caused the handlebar to rotate by about 60 degrees. Once, after going off a curb at a low speed, the handlebar rotated 90 degrees. I’ve fallen a few times because of this issue – thankfully, it was never at high speed. So, this is definitely not a mountain bike, and you shouldn’t expect it to handle heavy loads. I don’t understand why the designers made such an unsafe design. They could have made the stem and tube hexagonal, so the handlebar would fit securely without any chance of rotation. Other than that, the bike is great. I did replace the saddle – the original one is extremely uncomfortable. I bought a large saddle for more comfort. Also, the handlebar is too low, and I constantly have to bend forward, which puts a lot of strain on my wrists during rides. I live in West Texas, where we have a lot of thorns, and I’ve already gone through many tubes but haven’t found a good solution yet. I recently bought new tires but haven’t ridden much on them yet. Hopefully, there are technical solutions to reduce punctures. ... show more
