I bought it as a Christmas gift for my father. It’s bigger than the chair I replaced. He likes to recline in it while he watches TV so I chose this one because it reclines 160°! It’s very comfortable but it’s too big for me at 5’2” to sit in. If you’re a regular height it’s great. Dad loves it so it’s worked out. Got the chair yesterday, was easy to put together but as I was putting it together noticed the seat had 2 dents and rips. Trying to get a replacement seat is ridiculous seeing they want me to take it back apart, box it all back up and then send it back instead of just sending me a new seat. Who knows how long that will take till I get another one. Other then that very comfortable and looks great! Not 5 stars cause of how they handle damaged products!!!! ... show more

Gifted this chair & after normal wear and tear almost 6 months later it’s starting to tilt to the side. Not sure why it started to tilt and the center of gravity is off as well. I went to Staples the other day, and they didn't have enough staff to help me buy an expensive chair for my home office. So I logged in and saw this one, and I decided to take a chance. Glad I did. The chair was packaged well and all the hardware was present. It was very easy to put together. The construction is exceptional. Overall unpackaging and build was within 30min. I am a big guy at 275 and the chair is very supportive. Love the high back and as I now have somewhere to rest my head when I need a break. I am hoping over time the hydraulic that lifts the chair holds. I have had many chairs where this just goes after a while. You will be sitting and next you feel yourself go down. Really hoping this doesn't do that. The price point was another celling point and worth it right now. I love the black and red color.
