  • Nice bike for the money
I am always looking for value. This is is. Torque sensor is awesome. The harder you peddle the more power it gives you. More like a real bike. You do have to use the shifter a lot to make the best use of the power. The no instant throttle doesn’t bother me. If you want that get a scooter or motorcycle. You can still get exercise with this. I don’t love the shifter. Mostly because it is different than the one on my regular mountain bike. The mechanical disc brakes are very noisy. I have not don’t any adjusting out of the box though. And they work perfectly fine. Assembly was super easy. Took about half an hour. Fit is great. Seat sucks. Pedals are ok. Haven’t hooked up lights or fenders yet. Probably won’t. This is pretty heavy but all e bikes are. Well worth the money. We are probably getting another one. ... show more

  • INCREDIBLE BARGAIN
I've seen this brand bike around the web and the lowest price I've ever seen is $1,200. This is half of that. Quality is great and the motor is strong. The torque sensor perfectly matches how much assistance I need. I learned with the 3 ebikes I've bought recently to always get a torque sensing motor setup which measures how hard you are pedaling and NEVER buy a cadence motor setup which only measures how fast or slow you are pedaling. The Samsung battery on this bike costs $500 to replace so this bike is an incredible deal, so GET ONE. ... show more

  • Looks great, low power, great battery life, low quality parts
It’s definitely looks better than other budget ebikes. It has a great battery range, though the power is not much. It only works when you start pedaling. It does have a throttle but doesn’t work from the full stop. It doesn’t have the walk mode which I’ve seen some other budget ebikes have. It is very heavy and the weight capacity is only 220 lb which for a bike this large it’s a little low. The motor cuts power at 20mph which I’ve seen other bikes to go up to 37mph. The brakes are not great at all. They are mechanical disc brakes which are not appropriate for the weight of this bike. It comes with a 7 speed very basic Shimano group set and I find myself running out of gears. The seat is ok but that’s very subjective. The wheels and tires are very good for this price. The bike comes with hydraulic fork which does the job for city use but definitely not enough for rough terrain. Overall it’s a cheap yet good looking bike that has a great range for your commute. Things I have upgraded on this bike: -The saddle -The seat post to a shock post -The brakes to hydraulic brakes -The group set from 7speed to a 12 speed -The lights to brighter lights -The handlebar to a carbon fiber handlebar -The handlebar stem to a shock handlebar stem -The grips to more comfortable ones -better fenders Things I need to change next: -The motor to a more powerful motor. ... show more

  • Great ebike especially for the price
Bought two one for me 6 ft 220 lbs and one for my wife 5' 3" 110 lbs. This is our first ebike and I have to say it is a rocket ship of a bike. Love the torque sensor action and the fact you need to start pedaling before the throttle works. While I love the bike and feel it is a great value for the price there are two things we changed and you might want to consider. First the saddle was much too hard for us so we purchased softer cushier saddles. Second we installed handle bar risers as the riding position was too bent over for our comfort. With these two additions, the bikes are perfect for our needs! ... show more

  • Get one on sale before they are gone!
Style: Ebike With Rear Rack
You will not find a better bike for this sale price, period! This is my 3rd e-bike and while the first two cadence sensor bikes worked well, this bike is on another level. Torque sensor bikes are so much more fun and intuitive to use. The 500 watt rear hub motor works great with the sensor. I replaced the seat with a Rock Bros seat and added a stem riser (115 mm) and it is a perfect fit(5’9”). I’ve put almost 400 miles on it in the last month because it’s so addicting! I’ve done tight trails to open roads and it’s perfect. Some people have complained about the brakes but mine have worked great. I had a truck pull out in front of me today at 25 mph and the back tire locked up and had I been leaning forward I would have gone over the bars at full squeeze! Maybe someday I will order a hydraulic upgrade off of Amazon but I’m happy so far. I can also climb steep grades at 17mph so it has plenty of torque. I’m a big fan of the throttle which has a gradual feel but I almost never use it compared to my cadence sensor bikes. I have yet to bottom out the front shocks even riding trails hard and I am over 220lbs. I have no idea why this e-bike only has a 220 lb weight rating. It is just as sturdy and well built as my other e-bikes which have 330+ lb. rating. The welds are all very clean. I couldn’t be happier with the tires because they handle everything I throw at them. I won’t mount the fenders or front light because it’s a much better look and you don’t want a light mounted on the fender of a mountain bike. I will get a handlebar mounted light with a flash feature. I can get about 40 miles on a charge blasting around all over! To upgrade to a better e-mtb you would have to go to a 2000$ bike and it would only be slightly better in most areas. (Hydraulic brakes,750 watt motor,28mph top speed, and a higher level of water protection) ... show more
