I couldn't believe the quality of this helmet as compared to the price and what I typically paid in the past. The bluetooth feature is spot on, only over 70mph does the sound suffer and the same for using the phone. Around 75mph it's hard to hear the caller and it's hard for the caller to hear you, but below those speeds it's great. Listening to music, same. The sun visor.....AWESOME...I love this feature, easy to use, and I just can't believe the amount of ease, features and quality in such an economical price range. The helmet is comfortable and fits well. I was in between sizes so got the smaller figuring the padding would give over time. I honestly havnt connected the bluetooth yet. Im learning to ride and didnt want the added distraction. Ill update the review if its awful.

This helmet could be by far the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon! Hands down, the best value for my money! I was pleasantly surprised with all the features in the helmet. I had only purchased it for the colors and sleek design, but then I realized it was Boue Tooth capable, had a sun visor that can retract, and had the best fit and chin strap ever. The acoustics are wonderful. Phone calls are loud and crystal clear. Music is very good, though not the deepest base, but works well enough. Simple instructions to connect my phone and all the music I could ever want to hear. A perfect helmet! ... show more

I just purchased this helmet and I like it, fits well my small head (XS) although for me it's a little elongated front-back. Seems like nice cushioning. However, it took me a long time to find the USB charger for the bluetooth, then I could not plug in the charger cable as the side of the helmet's hard outside is in the way. I had to struggle with it for a long time and I thought I plugged it in and no light came on. Then I sent an email to ask for help and instructions, they sent me a very basic bluetooth guide, which was nice, but it had not much useful into. Then I called back that no light comes on when I try truing it on, they told me that I have to have the helmet plugged in for a "hard reset" so I couldn't find where the USB was, even though I already found it once. They said to call them back as they're busy and can't wait. So finally I did find it then again a 15 min struggle to plug in the thing. Then the red light came on so I realized it never got it plugged in correctly the first time. Anyway, I got the bluetooth working without any help but its volume is just so so low that even inside my home, with no outside noise (forget about a motorcycle engine), I can hardly hear the phone or music. It's probably ok to not to have to take the helmet off to answer my phone when I'm parked in a quiet place... And I can't even imagine how a "burly man" with large, thick fingers can EVER plug the charger in (I'm a woman with long, thin fingers). But I guess for the price, it's ok. ... show more

we ordered this helmet for my husband and my helmet took 3 tries to get it due to amazon & so this helmet with MAX HELMETS was a few days out of the return window by the time we could test the bluetooth and helmet quality, BUT again this was AMAZON's fault as we had to do replacement orders 3x's!!! Now MAX HELMETS just keeps sending the same reply of return to this address but no guarantee of refund and no pre-paid label to return the unused helmet that was defective! It leaked a lot of air and we were unable to hear on the bluetooth in his helmet. I had to go through 10+ phone calls and a lot stress of sitting on hold, misinformation, no call back, no help from the seller and so much time wasted. Finally did the A-Z process due to defective helmet and lack of assistance with seller. The helmet looks cool, but leaks air and quality of hearing on bluetooth is not good. ... show more

The look & feel, inside and out is amazing. This model has the least amount of wind noise that I have experienced. Air flow through the helmet is very efficient. The Bluetooth works very well. Autoconnect works most of the time. Phone conversations are clear. The removable lining unclips now and again. Changing the visor is more difficult than most helmets, but visor use is easy.
