I was ready to buy a 2025 chevy because I wanted a updated feel inside my 2014 chevy malibu ltz. My steering wheel controls work as before, my A/C and heat works perfect, my heated seats, my original backup camera works even better because now I have the guide lines that weren't there before. Now I have connectivity with my phone and apps like new cars. It was so simple to install I kept questioning myself why so many plugs weren't being used that were used originally. Even my Bose factory system works great. It fit perfectly in place. $450 for radio, $28000 plus interest...a better value and money saved. Road trip time!! ... show more

    • Air conditioning controls do not work!
Radio looks great, sounds great, fits even better but AC and heat controls DO NOT work. Wish I knew a head of time before spending the money and now waiting for it to be returned back to me.

The only thing is that I cannot control the heat or AC . I have reached out to support to see if they can help before I return . But otherwise than that it’s perfect .

The Radio is great. I had concerns with what other people said about AC and functionality but mine came out great and everything works like its supposed to. Does not have apps like Netflix or Hulu but does have prime, disney + and HBO Max. IF you have kids they can be entertained by watching and if you are single your person of interest will be impressed by being able to watch youtube, shows and music videos. Also, there are plenty of youtube videos to help with any adjustments you need such as Microphone or best practices. ... show more

I liked how it looked. As far as functionality it was very disappointing. One: the support offered is useless. I understand this product’s OS is formatted for use with many makes and models, but they need to make custom ROMs per manufacturer at least. Two: The climate controls work, but not if you want heat. You might get lucky by having it on auto with highest temp, not nowhere near what the stock controls puts out. Also, the heated seats don’t work. The button is there, but nothing happens. If you are wondering, I installed it without any customizations. Plug and play. 6 months later, I went back to the stock components because winter is cold and I prefer heat over a cool looking screen. Best of luck!! ... show more

This is radio is exactly what I wanted. It’s a good sized screen and works great. I was skeptical about it because there were not a lot of reviews. The ones saying stuff about the A/C or heater must be a car problem because I have not had any sort of problems the 10 months I’ve had it in my vehicle.

This radio is almost perfect everything work as it should my biggest concern was AC controls not working but they work as it should the sound is perfect. I save almost perfect because not all apps are available like Hulu and Netflix but YouTube and Amazon prime works perfect and sometime i find the touchscreen to be a lil glitchy sometimes like the touch points lose alinement when change from apps but other then that i can’t say nothing bad about the radio so far and the customer service have been unmatched always got quick responses and they go out they way to help with any questions i had ... show more
