    • AVOID AT ALL COSTS - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The media could not be loaded. The main handle for pressing everything gave out in less than 8 months. Then heating started being distributed unevenly. I contacted Amazon for warranty, and they said to contact TopDeep directly. Contacted Top Deep, they told me to tighten screws, like I wouldn't have tried that. After making me prove, with videos and pictures that something was wrong, they finally agreed to ship out a replacement part. One replacement part, and they sent it to the wrong address three towns over. I contacted them again, didn't hear back a word. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER INTERACTED WITH. Their products fall apart and they do not honor any warranty despite it being illegal to do so in the United States. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Not bad for price. Easy to use and change out parts. I changed to the hat press and mug press pretty easy. But it did not have heating instructions had to look up that stuff. 1st time ever using it the hat press part was difficult to hold decal straight and pull press down but may take time to figure out. I felt like I needed 4 hands to do it but that may just be me. But like it so far. ... show more
