Does stick and Tig like a champ. I honestly have no idea how this can be this cheap and work so well. If you are new to tig remember you will need a bottle of argon, self dimming helmet, filler wire, and gloves. The welder is the cheap part. All the other stuff adds up

Style: 195A 110&220V Stick Welder
Easily burns 1/8” rods on 240v and it welds better than my ancient AC buzz box. Using 120v I could burn 3/32” 6013 and 7014 satisfactorily but 7018 was a struggle not worth the effort. Tripping a 20 amp breaker on 120v is common. If you have minor welding tasks and need portability and 120v convenience it does a good job with the right rod and clean metal. The only fail so far is the right terminal connecting the ground conductor to the clamp burned out. It was a bit skimpy and had no washers. Perhaps it was loose. Easy enough to remedy. ... show more

I’ve had this little welder for almost a year now. I keep it on my work truck for small welding jobs. Works great for tig welding. I upgraded the tig torch setup that comes with the machine( the tig one). I run a dry torch set up with it. But definitely a decent little machine.

Honestly I'm pretty impressed with this little thing. It's super light weight and I used the crap out of it to fix my car exhaust. I'm no professional welder by any means but this did the job! I used E6013 rods from Menards. I used the welder on 120V setting mostly at 75A. I did use it at 140A but that will blow a 15A breaker pretty easy. I think it would be a lot better on a 20A circuit. My car exhaust was super rough. From dragging on the ground I had to fill large holes and this did it great. Took some time and looks like Sh!t but it had good penetration and did the job flawlessly. Super glad I chose this option over some of the others. Don't let the price deter you id highly recommend from my experience. Hopefully it lasts for the long run because this job paid for the machine but obviously there's a lot more to come for it. ... show more

I'm not going to say this is the best loader you're ever get because it isn't however I will say that for the price and the convenience this little thing is awesome. Seems to be a little finicky at times with 6011 rods to get an arc started but once it's going it runs well I've heard others say that the 6013 rods run a lot better but I use the 6011 rods on quarter inch mild Steel and the penetration is very impressive. Hands down what hesitate to buy another one of these ... show more

Perfect for the home or small business on the go. Uses 115/15a. I've welded everything from bed frames, to angle brackets. Variable amperage can be fine tuned to the material and rods used. Great price, light weight.
