I was looking at the Roybi version but was 3x the cost and based on reviews se used to try it I specifically purchase to use a cleaning water broom for back stamped concrete patio. It works pretty good You have to have a powerful pressure washer to relly be ffextive but good for a quick cleaning I still Had to use my Ryobi surface cleaner along with normal power wash tools to really get crevices cleaned. But I the concrete needed a deeper clean I do believe for quick cleaning jobs this tool will save me time and for the amount paid happy with the purchase. My daughter is doing some pressure washing as a hustle over the summer. We've got a turbo nozzle, surface cleaner, and decided this might be a good item to try out. In concept, it's a great idea. Put a few jets side by side to clear a large area at a time. Unfortunately, you get about a 1.5" wide cleaning for each jet...but they are too far apart. That means you will have to go over each 2' wide strip 3 or 4 times...possibly more. Using as a "broom", it would be better if the unit stood about 6-8" above the surface being cleaned. I live in the North East where salt can kill a car. In order to keep the undercarriage clean, I was waiting for above freezing, rolling my car up on ramps and using a garden hose to spray the underneath. This also involved me getting in old clothes and lying on the ground on a creeper. Now that I have this it's so much easier. Just hook it up to my pressure washer and it rolls easily everywhere under the car. I don't have to get the car in the air or get down on the ground. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago. As for people complaining that it lifts in the air when they surface wash I believe you spray it with the nozzles pointing forward tilting slightly toward the ground. Then it won't push itself up. As for how long it last I can't say, but it seems well built and there doesn't seem much that can go wrong so long as you don't beat it up. ... show more

My wife and I bought this for my father-in-law as a Christmas gift. He mainly wanted it for his compact garden tractor, but when he saw just how good it works, he started using it to wash his vehicle’s undercarriage. He’s since started washing nearly everyone in the family’s vehicle, because it works so good! It’s really easy to assemble, he’s had no issues with the wheels, or any clogging, but the could be an issue with some people if they are on well water, with metal and other minerals in the water.
