I bought a cheaper surface cleaner and paid the price. The Wojet 20" surface cleaner with two handle bars glides so much easier than the cheaper model that was just attached with my gun and an extension. I felt like if I moved to fast with the cheaper model that I might snap the connection or bend the wand. With the Wojet the sturdy steel handle bars, great casters, wheels and solid decking you know you have a unit that is going to last for years and provide a great ROI. I am using this on a 3700psi pressure washer. Assembly of the two part handle to the base was easy using the provide pins. The first test run I discovered the casters did not roll very well and was difficult to maneuver so I took it to my workshop and discovered the wheels roll on an unlubericated bushing. Removal of each axle bolt was easy and applying some grease took about 15 minutes and resolved the problem. The only other issue was a personal preference of adding a "kick stand" on the bottom of the handle, so when the handle is temporarily laid down the hose is not kinked at the attachment coupling. After the minor TLC the surface cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the concrete driveway. Areas that have overhanging trees seemed to need more attention than those out in the open. I would say that using the surface cleaner was 4x as fast opposed to just using a hand held wand. I rated maneuverability at 4 stars because it required grease on the wheel axle when it should have been done at the factory, otherwise it is a 5 stars. ... show more

I have used this product successfully, twice. On two jobs, on the third job, there was catastrophic failure in the handle housing that prevented the item from functioning properly.
