Such a great product! Keeps my toddler busy for hours. Loves to sing and dance to the songs and listen to the stories. Easy to set up and control. 1 year idk can even figure out how to change the songs/stories.

I had an EASY time connecting this. I watched YouTube tutorial and looked up Reddit troubleshoot reviews before I received it to make sure it would work and I’d know what to do before I got frustrated if it came to that based on so many reviews here. I have Starlink and am not able to choose whether to connect to 2.4ghz or 5ghz so I’m glad it worked!! Used my laptop and followed instructions perfectly. I got the cursed “hedgehog” page I read a bunch about for about 3 seconds before it fixed itself and connected perfectly. All of the tonies work. Great sound. There is no off switch. Just have to wait the 10min of no use for it to turn itself off. I wish there was a button to change song/ story instead of hitting the side of it, but it’s built for toddlers??? I have a 2yo and she figured out changing the characters and how it worked IMMEDIATELY and loved dancing around it and having a blast. I wish they would sell some of these with matching books for audio!!! I know you can get a lot of the books separately but to have the stories in one book to match with the Tonie would be super ideal. Still, I love that you can collect and choose the ones you do want. I bought this item for my daughter who was having trouble going to sleep. For the cost, I had high expectations. The item hasn’t lived up to any of them. First, it’s not able to be controlled via wifi. Going back in to make any changes defeats the purpose. Second, the force for which you need to use in order to change the song is so great that it’s hard to keep the character on top. Third, the app is useless and only serves as a way to order more overpriced characters. I regret buying this item and can no longer return it because you have to open all sorts of packaging just to use it. It’s cheap with no innovative qualities. ... show more

Love the Toniebox! My 14 month old loves it, she has figured out how to take the characters on and off and control the music, it has become a fun game. Love that i can put this on in the morning while we get ready to leave, a good option rather than tv. She can carry it around and it's durable and safe. 10 out of 10, worth the money. I like how you can buy individual characters. I imagine as she gets older that the stories will be a big hit. ... show more

I have a 3 year old. We tried a yoto box, and even though I loved the yoto, my little one wasn’t interested yet. (I think the yoto will be amazing for a slightly older child as an audiobook player) But the Toniesbox is just right for my imaginative toddler. She loves picking out the characters she recognizes, and plays with characters while another one plays music/stories. After the initial learning period of; leave the tonie on the box to play, etc…. first she only wanted to hear songs, but after a couple weeks she is listening and engaged with the stories, actually listening to audiobooks!
