I started making my own set of nails and decided to give these a try. I have short nail beds so this size was perfect for me. These are the coffin extra short. I wore them with glue tabs so I could pop them off and reuse. Durable, natural looking, and sizing was easy. I like the amount of sizes offered to get a perfect fit. The only thing I didn’t like was the twist off option because even after filing that part down, which was easy, you see it a little bit on the underside of the nail. It’s not a deal breaker for me. I ordered more. The pros outweighed that one con. Still five stars for me. Maybe I’ll get better at filing that piece down. And the price is great for the amount you get. Painting them was easy. They look very natural. I even made sets for my nieces to wear for my daughters wedding, last pic. I highly recommend these. ... show more

Shape: I LOVE THIS SHAPE. I got the 240 pc coffin short. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a shape as perfect as this one in a salon. Length: They are NOT short! It’s a good length just not short. They are still very functional at this length. Application: The no file feature is for the color application. You still need to file your nail bed so the nail adheres. I filed with 180 grit. I dehydrated with acetone. I primed with a random nail primer. I glued with Dashing Diva gel glue from Sally’s. These baby’s aren’t going anywhere! Color: I used two coats of VenaLisa Dark Red and their top coat. (Amazon product) I could have gone for more coats to get more opacity but I liked the look of two coats. The gel seems to adhere to the no file nail really well. Thickness: not thick at all. I got so many compliments on how natural and clean they looked. Value: I am a size 7 ring size. My nail beds are a medium size. I found the nail sizes to be on the smaller side, which is why I docked a star. I used more of the bigger sizes. I think I can only get one set of nails per tray, which is around 5-6 sets. Nevetherless, these nails are holding up very well and I think I could even remove the color and reuse them! We’ll see. The nail themselves fit fine but when I received the package it was opened and all over the box that it came in and pretty sure some fell out of the box during the shipping process. Since the nails themselves do not have numbers on them it makes it harder for me to try and put them back in order.

These nails are really nice & sturdy. The length is a little bit longer than i prefer but I trimmed them down. A few of them seemed to be really too curved for my nail beds, but overall really good product and quality
