I have always purchased the big brands the blades that are bright Red to be exact without saying the name, and well frankly I got 3 of this brand for less than the price of 1 of my usual purchase, and WOW these things cut like mad! I have used both the 40 tooth and the 60 tooth and I could not have been more pleased, they both simply cut great with little to no chip out and a very smooth edge cut particularly the 60 T. when cutting a 90$ piece of finished plywood it was all but perfect. I don't know what else to say other than I am sold on these blades and look to purchase more from them in the future and the heck with spending huge amounts on a single blade. I guess time will tell if these have the longevity as the expensive blades but, I expect I will not be displeased. Try these for yourself and I think you will agree with me that for the price these are pretty dang good. ... show more

    • Surprising good blades at a great price point

I wasn't sure what to expect of these blades since I didn't recognize the brand, but it turns out that they are pretty great blades and you get 3 different types for about the same price I was paying for my last brand, which was a well known one, and so far it seems like they are holding up well and lasting as long as that other brand. They all measure out correctly in both size and tooth count, and were free from any defects, etc. I have used all three now, and can say that they all leave nice-looking smooth cuts, and the thin kerf also helps with the amount of material your vacuum has to keep up with. I will definitely try out more of their products if these keep up like they are. ... show more

    • Good reliable blades and a great value

I use these 4 1/2" 24T blades in my corded Worxsaw. I keep this saw with me in my truck and find myself using it weekly, so I rely on a sharp blade and find that If I cut through too many nails or staples, the blade can get dull quickly. These blades are nice and sharp out of the box and seem to hold a sharp edge for many cuts. I use these blades for more precision work and find that they perform well under normal conditions. And at the time of this review, the 3-pack was still under 13 dollars, which I consider a great value. At that price, I will always have a backup blade on the ready.     • Decent quality bargain thin kerf blades

These run true and cut well. Carbide tips are on the small side, but that is to be expected for the modest cost. They seem comparable to other value priced blades. Not the absolute finest on the market, but they work and go easy on the wallet. Made in China.

    • Fine carbide circular saw blades
Size: 7-1/4" 24T & 40T & 60T
I tried these TOMAX 7 1/4" saw blades in my Ryobi One cordless circular saw. They worked very much as expected - sharp, standard size kerf, smooth running. The 24T framing/general purpose blade cut very fast on some 2x4s with a fair amount of tearout at the end of cuts. The 40T blade gave a finer cut with far less splinters, a good blade for quick cuts in trim pieces or using a saw guide for crosscuts. The 60T blade cut even finer with a slight amount of scorching. The teeth aren't really fine enough to be a plywood blade, though - testing by crosscutting a scrap of hardwood plywood showed a bit of tearout on the top side of the veneer. Would be ok in a pinch or where a smooth finish isn't required. No chipped carbide or dulling of the blades in limited use so far. Honestly, though, used for cutting clean wood (not laminates, particle board, etc and no nails) carbide blades should last almost forever. A nice versatile set to keep in the case with any standard size circular saw. 5 stars. ... show more

I got these blades as replacements for my Dewalt 20 volt trim saw, and they are of better quality than the Dewalt branded blade that came with the saw. An excellent value for an Extra Fine cutting blade. With 40 carbide teeth packed around a 4 1/2 inch blade the cuts are fast and smooth, which is why I said Extra Fine. I assume that the battery life will increase, and the saw motor will thank you for the relief that these quality blades will provide. Highly recommended! ... show more

I ordered these TOMAX 7-1/4" saw blades for my Craftsman circular saw. I frequently work on volunteer home repair and remodeling projects and go through many saw blades. After testing these blades, I found that my favorite is the 60T because it makes the cleanest cut. I specialize in finishing millwork and gravitate toward a higher tooth count. The 40T and 24T blades work well for my rough framing cuts. After several days of use, these blades still cut efficiently. I have not experienced any degradation in cutting performance. I have used many brands of blades in the past, and these perform equally well. The price point of these blades is slightly below other brands, so they are worth considering. This set of TOMAX saw blades is a versatile addition to any toolkit, especially for those with a standard-size circular saw. TOMAX 3-Pack Combo 7-1/4 Inch Circular Saw Blades with 5/8-Inch Arbor -- Better than I expected. These blades look to be real good quality with sharp carbide teeth. One of each 24T, 40T and 60T. I like to keep new blades at the ready and that is what these are for. The last thing I want to do is stop a project to run buy a new blade if one is needed. The price point of $23.99 is excellent for all 3 blades. Depending on the number of teeth, just one of these quality blades would cost anywhere from $10 to $20 at the local big box lumber/hardware store. ... show more
