  • Wonderful Learning Tool
Style: 224 Sight Words Blue
From the moment we opened the box, he was captivated by the bright, colorful pictures and the talking feature. He loves playing with these cards, and it's incredible to see how much he enjoys learning new words. Every day, he eagerly picks up the cards, presses the buttons, and repeats the words he hears. It's become a fun game for him, and I can see how much he's learning and growing. One of the best parts for me is seeing his excitement when he recognizes a word or learns a new one. The interactive element of the talking flash cards has made such a difference in keeping him engaged and interested. It's amazing to watch his vocabulary expand so quickly. These flash cards have been a fantastic addition to our daily routine, and they've made learning a fun and enjoyable experience for both of us. They’re more than just a toy—they’re a wonderful tool that has truly helped my son develop his language skills. ... show more

  • Quality
Style: 224 Sight Words Blue
I bought the talking card machine for my grandson to help him talk. His mom hasn’t really used it yet so I can’t really leave a review. I do however recommend it for helping your child learn.

  • Mostly good
Style: 510 Sight Words Blue
PROS: card reader is easy to use, words are clear and adjustable volume makes it reasonably loud. Toddler loves it. Plenty of cards with lots to learn. It’s rechargeable, lightweight and very portable for on the go entertainment. Cute little cat shape design. CONS: some of the words don’t align with their regional English counterparts in the US. Some are kind of offensive, like “fat” depicts what appears to be an average size woman. I’ve added a pic of some of the more questionable cards. I also noticed that all the professions are very stereotypical - as in not showing females in lots of things. The cards are like thinner playing card paper, so within seconds my toddler can absolutely destroy them - whether it’s folding them in half or biting off a chunk. The voice sounds kind of tinny and weird, and the pronunciation is odd on a lot of words. The assortment of words is also pretty random - lots of these are not necessarily what I would think are things my child needs to learn. Like “red wine”… ... show more

  • Spanish is too robotic
Style: Bilingual 224 Sight Words Pink (SP. &amp...
I bought this for my daughter to help with her Spanish vocabulary. But sadly, I had to return it because I really didn’t like the voice that was used for the Spanish portion. It sounded very robotic and monotone, probably computer generated. It made it difficult for her to understand and repeat the words at times. I do know Spanish and I know I wouldn’t want my kids to model their language after this. The English half is much more engaging than the Spanish but I really needed the Spanish. ... show more

  • Great baby toy
Style: 224 Sight Words Blue
This was a great little toy to help my baby boy to learn different words and easy to understand. It’s easy to use you just have to slide the cards in and out. There is 112 cards that come with 224 words. The only thing I will say is the cards can get bent easily. Good price for a great little thing.
