The product seems to be a quality product, however, my package was missing the threaded rod which internally joins the vertical leg to the horizontal lower rail. I would also say that I think the screws should be longer for attaching the bars to the wall, I substituted the included screws with longer exterior deck screws which I already had on hand. I added 2"x6" wood in the appropriate locations attached to the existing 2"x4" studs in the wall. Also, my floor is tile over a concrete slab, so I used Tapcon screws to attach the vertical leg to the floor and suggest You use Tapcons or some other appropriate masonry fastener and not use the included screws if you also have a concrete slab floor. ... show more

I purchased this for a taller person and it is 4 in shorter than advertised. The diagram shows the height at 31 and 1/2 in. As you can see in my picture it is only 27 and a 1/2 inches.

If ur floor is ceramic u must go to hardware store and purchase correct bolts to bolt this to the floor . It will be unstable if not bolted down to floor correctly. And it's not solid. It's hollow inside.
