This was a great purchase! My 3 year old Grandson opened it (already charged) for Christmas, jumped on and rode without a glitch. The battery has never died, however, when he goes home I always charge it for the next time.

at first i was a little skeptical, but my 3 yr old jumped on and had no problems, also if you turn on the bike its in beginner mode. to make it go faster hold down the power button AFTER you have turned it on. itll beep after 5 or so seconds and that makes it go 5-6 mph. probably something the company should mention. ... show more

Bike was great at first. Battery lasted along time in between charges. But a month and a half ago it stopped working. Won't charge. So basically I paid 200 bucks for a bike that worked 4 months. Totally disappointed. My son loved it. He was born with clubfoot and his feet have regressed recently so he can't ride a regular bike. This worked perfectly for him to go on rides with us. I'm over the threshold for any help on fixing it or replacing it. I'm just bummed that nothing lasts anymore. We took good care of this as well. ... show more

The bike is great, my niece loves it, wish it could go a little faster as she gets more experience. The throttle broke in shipping, and they sent a new one right away. Great service after the purchase. It’s a good quality bike.

We bought this bike for our grandsons birthday. It no longer charges and it is 1 day outside the return policy. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to even discuss our issues. Save your money.
