I bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didn’t even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You can’t see how dirty your floors really are or it’s full cleaning abilities in daytime. ... show more

I bought a second one of these - one for home, one for vacation house. I love how light and easy it is - super easy to switch out the attachments. Super easy to empty the dust bin. I have mainly hard wood floors and it works great for that. It stays charged for the length i need it and easy to plug in charge again. I also use it on low pile carpets and it gets the job done, though the max power isn't quite strong enough for a thorough cleaning of rugs or upholstery. ... show more

This is the 2nd A10 we've bought. The 1st is 18 months old and continues to work well. Now we have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Light and easy to use. Picks up dirt, grit, and cat hair from hardwood floors and low pile throw rugs well. No experience with deep carpet. No experience with kid-type-messes. There was a high expectation set on this vacuum and it failed, definitely not worth the price it is sold for. Would not recommend 😕. And hair and debris still gets caught on bottom, and cannister is small so can't pick up alot and runs out of battery in 20mins. Whole thing is useless, piece of junk. U get your hands dirty cleaning cannister and pulling hair trapped in bottom brush! Who needs extra work? ... show more

    • Stronger suction, quieter and longer battery life than our Dyson ever was.
I'd give this only a 3 if it weren't for the very easy and fast customer service from Tineco with the 2 issues we've had. First is the dustbin broke. Kinda a poor design and I'm guessing it will break again within a year, but it's a $20 replacement. Oh well The customer service made it super easy to send a photo of the issue and then they mailed out the part, easy fix. The second issue was the charging cord stopped working and they sent out a replacement very quick after sending them a short video showing them the issue as well. The replacement cord is much better quality and wont have same issue I'm guessing. All in all, great product, just make that dustbin a little more durable. ... show more

    • Easy to Use, Efficient and Economical!
Ordered this for a friend on a limited budget who needed a new vacuum. He has mobility issues and this is lightweight, easy to maneuver and easy to clean. He really loves it.

    • Not impressed. Low suction, leaves dust and dirt.
Wanted to love this but not impressed by the suction. My home has hardwood and low pile carpet, and even on the max suction setting it leaves plenty of dust for my roomba to collect afterwards. I can go over low pile carpet twice with this, run the roomba, and the roomba will still pull a filter worth of dust, hair, and anything else in the carpet. Great attachments, vacuum was packed well and is easy to assemble, but disappointed in its power and performance. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just spot vacuuming from time to time. ... show more
