The cards are just as advertised and very suitable for their purpose. The size is right and the markings are clear. They shuffle and deal easily. They are 100% plastic and are light and a bit "slippery." The can "fly" across a hard table and they don't stack very well (the air between allows them to float). They are waterproof, durable and should be serviceable for years to come. They are very difficult to tear and you have to bend them 180 degrees before they will fold. This is a high-quality deck of playing cards. It is made of plastic, is waterproof, and is reasonably priced. The cards are neither thick nor thin, shuffling them is effortless, and they feel great in my hand. The prints are certainly readable. I highly recommend this set.

Two packs of plastic cards for around $10 isn't too bad a deal. I'll be using these out in the field for work (I'm a wilderness guide) and think they'll hold up well. If you need some cards, these are a good option.

Its a good 2-pack set of playing cards. Can handle some occasional bending while shuffling, holding etc., but can form creases if bent too much. I received the two decks of cards with red and black patterns in the back. The cards also were sequenced from A to King grouped by each suit (spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds, and two jokers). So, it was easy to verify the complete pack. The illustrations are as described and in the pictures. A plastic case would have made this a very competitive option and earned the 5 stars. ... show more

Nice good quality cards. Clearly printed, easy to shuffle and handle, the cards float across the table just like they should. They fit very snugly in the box. They have a slightly unusual crosshatched pattern visible in the vinyl on the faces of the cards, rather than being completely flat plastic. This probably helps them not stick together though it's just the tiniest bit distracting. Great value for money. Even cheap all-plastic cards like Royals run $5 a pack and these feel much nicer than Royals. Note that these are "poker size", 2 1/2 inches wide. (Despite the name, poker is almost always played with "bridge size" cards, 2 1/4 inches wide, and these wider cards are only used in casinos for table games like blackjack.) ... show more

Magician and card expert here. These are really good cards, way better than what I expected. If all you want is cards that can withstand water, this is the product for you (5 stars there). I do have two pet peeves from an expert POV which would get the rating down to 4 stars if this was a website for magicians: 1 - the cards have been guillotined with the sheets upside down, meaning that the angle of the cut is opposite from what you'd expect from brands such as USPCC; this still allows for a faro shuffle, but the shuffle needs to start from the top of the deck (or you need to have the cards face up). In practice, this means you can't do a table faro or a one-handed faro with the cards face down (now I know how Richard Turner felt when USPCC changed their process). 2 - these cards are about half a millimeter wider than standard poker size; this means that the cards won't align properly with cards from regular decks, but it also causes some confusion in my brain, as my hands keep telling me that something is off. ... show more

These cards rock! I was very surprised at how good the quality is. I would have expected them to cost more. They are 100% plastic and therefore can be slippery but they shuffle so much easier than traditional non-plastic cards. They are light and thin and easy to handle. They will return to their original shape if bent unlike paper cards. I'm not going to fold it completely over and try to crease it or anything because I want to keep using them but for a normal bend or that incurred during a shuffle they return to perfectly flat after the bend or shuffle. The color and pattern of the obverse side is very nice and the front side with the numbers and faces are equally beautiful. There is a very hard to detect pattern in the cards meant to improve your grip so they don't feel too slippery being that they are plastic. This is very helpful. ... show more
