  • Easy to play and is for all ages. A must have game. Popular with everyone and so much fun.
A must have game. This game is the highlight of every party so far. You start off playing your own game and then suddenly alliances are made to outwit and outplay others. The game can change at any point. It is different than Uno Card Game. You have several cards that are game changers. For instance, the card that can change the color being played while forcing everyone to press the button on the Uno Attack machine. Sometimes you get no cards and other times you might get 2, 5, 9, etc... I have seen people go from calling Uno to having almost a deck of cards. There really isn't a limit on how many people can play. For us we just use multiple decks of Uno Attack Cards when playing with big groups and even sometimes have used two Uno Attack machines for each side of the table. Doing that just makes it more fun...suddenly if one hasn't spit out any cards recently that side of the table suddenly wants to use the other machine on the other side of the table. Everyone is just on pins and needles hoping the Uno Attack machine doesn't spit out cards when they press the button. Love the suspense. One time we had one player hit the button 8 different times and this person had already called Uno. Well, long story short we all decided to work together...there were four of us in a row that had 2x playing card which means you have to hit the button twice. We were all able to play our matching cards to where the player with Uno was forced to hit the Uno Attack button 8 times in a row...which means you are getting cards one way or another...afterwards the person was literally sorting out a deck of cards in their hand and well didn't win by a long shot. Other times suddenly it is girls against guys, or groups against groups etc... Alliances just form automatically. This game is easy to play and is for all ages...it definitely brings out your competitive side. And take it from me...I love games and this is by far the best, hands down. No one has never not had fun playing this game. In fact, people who have played go out and buy their own to play with others. You can never get tired of this game. ... show more

  • The kids really enjoy this.
The tension is much higher with the addition of the card launcher. The fact that it does not shoot cards out every time adds an element of suspense. The kids have enjoyed playing this version immensely. It also seems to move the play along much faster. When you get some really savvy UNO players, the games can seem never ending at times. We have played four times on two different occasions and the games finish up much more quickly than the traditional UNO. Also, the addition of some new cards is a fun twist. There are also customizable cards that have an erasable center so you can make your own rule and change it each game. I think this is the best version I have played. It would be great if they would add a slot for the rules on the bottom of the device, or even make room on the side of the inside, so you could just have a compact game for storage. The box is approximately 4 times the size of the device but the cards store inside. So the only reason to keep the box is to keep the rules with it. An alternative would be if they printed the rules on several cards, like in some versions, then the paper insert would be unnecessary. Overall, I would buy this again and might give it as a gift to my brother's kids when they are old enough to play. ... show more

  • Great for Family Fun
This is actually the third UNO Attack game I have purchased, one for my house when grands visit and one for each of my sons' homes. Two of the three work perfectly, this one however, shoots 9 cards every time you press the button. Became very frustrating as the addition of so many cards every time was not only hard for the younger players to hold, but it prolonged the game to hours! I am returning this one and hopefully the replacement will work as my other two do. I purchased the Jurassic Park version and it is awesome if you have a dino lover in your household. Fun sounds as it shoots cards and the number shot varies as I expected. Gave this one an overall 4 simply because I have to return it and hope the next one fires inconsistent number of cards. ... show more

  • Lots of fun, but requires 3 "C" batteries that are not included.
I got this Uno Attack Game for when my wife and I go to play card games with some friends. We had tons of fun playing and it didn't take long to get used to the "new" cards. One of which is being able to put every card from your hand that is the same color as a special card at once. That has been used numerous times to win the game without getting down to just one card. I only had one complaint with the game, which is the fact that it requires 3 size "C" batteries, and weren't included. First of all, it would have been a little bit better if it would have been only 2 or maybe even 4, but 3 is just "odd." We had to take a special trip to the store just for batteries because we didn't notice that it required them until we got to our friend's house. Other than that, the game is quite fun to play, and I am just waiting to see how long the casing will last since you have to open it up every single hand in order to shuffle and everything. I would highly recommend this to everyone that enjoys playing Uno or other similar card games. It should go without saying, but if you don't like Uno or card games, then there is a very good chance that you wouldn't like this game either. *NOTE* When pressing the button to see if it will spit cards out, do NOT have anything in front of the device because the cards will quickly go back in. I also feel like it would be bad for game itself. ... show more

  • Fun for all
Granddaughter loves this uno game. Plays it all the time at her cousins house. I noticed the description says it is a discontinued item. I did see a few of them at big box store this year. Not sure what to make of that. But...it is a blast to play! if it is discontinued that will be a shame. It brings family and friends together for some simple fun. ... show more
