    • Poor quality and no instructions
Some of the holes don't punch and must be done manually. Motor on the spiral insert assist tool stopped functioning after the first use. And two o the slats on the left lock the entire machine if you try and use them. There are no instructions sent with the machine and clearly settings that need explained. So after wasting a lot of money and waiting for the delivery, I still ended up paying a professional to do my task so costing me nearly triple in the long run. ... show more

Bought this machine to bind 125 packets. The biggest problem is it doesn't always punch the holes cleanly. It leaves little pieces partially attached which you have to pick off manually. It wastes a lot of time. the roller is another issue. It does not roll on its own. You have to spin it by hand to get it going. Pages don't line up very accurately either. I ordered and did not get to use there was missing punches. I got a replacement and punched less than 100 pages total and now it will now go all the way down to punch. Returning again.

    • Thin plastic punch tray
I was so excited to receive and use this machine. The machine itself is well built and sturdy. The tray that collects punches is awful! It is thin plastic. It was broken and cracked within minutes of punching paper! I expected better for the money I paid.

Defective disengaging pins, broken collection tray, jammed after a few test uses. Requested replacement. Received a second unit, which was clearly someone else's prior return. The second unit did not break immediately but could not produce consistent punches leading to wasted printings. Gave up in frustration and returned the replacement as well. ... show more
