We were very leery of purchasing a couch on Amazon but it was the best purchase I’ve made! There are a lot of other convertible couches online and we opted for a Thsuper couch and we are happy we spent a couple hundred more for this quality. The couch is firm, but you get used to it. Our old couch sunk in and I’m guessing this one won’t! The material is very soft and luxe. We don’t like the microfiber or linen materials from our local furniture chains - this one surpasses. Assembly was simple… all you have to do it add the feet and push in the head rests… and delivery was a breeze as they had a freight company reach out for delivery windows! The storage is a bonus and the size fit perfect! We had a bunch of people over for the holidays and they were in awe that we spent under $2k for this couch! We are a big fan! I've been searching for a good large sofa and I read all the possible reviews of everything. This specific one didn't have too many reviews but I decided to go with it anyway because I genuinely liked this one the most. This sofa is incredibly comfortable and soft to sit in, it's a bit on the hard side of sofas but very soft!! Easy to assemble, and the pull-out section is incredible for cozy movie nights. Storage is spacious and can throw all the blankets in there. More than anything, it's BEAUTIFUL! I did have some problems with the delivery company's handling of the sofa (Mind you, it comes in 4 huge boxes) but the customer service of this company was impeccable! They were very attentive, solved any problems I may have had and made sure I was satisfied. Great customer service!! Additionally, when you order the sofa, make sure to check the tracking number with CEVA, their shipment company, and call AHEAD of time to schedule the delivery. Overall it’s comfortable and pretty big but there was two missing head rest I was in contact with the seller, he responded very quickly and solved a small problem for me. Delivery was so smooth and easy! We got 4 large boxes with each section of the sectional. The only assembly we needed to do was to screw in the legsattach each section together and attach the head rests. All took less then 30 mins once all pieces were out of their boxes. The cushions are thick! The fabric is comfy and it is a bit firm, but I believe it'll soften up after it gets worn in. The pull out section is super easy to pull out and push back in as well! Over all, awesome experience, comfy couch and the material/color is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend! ... show more

I'm a skeptic, especially when it comes to my money. However, purchasing this sectional sofa turned out to be a great decision. You might think I'm just another reviewer rambling on, but that's not what I'm here for. This sofa is inviting, spacious, and, did I mention, comfortable? There were a few hiccups with delivery and some initial damage, but the seller addressed those issues and made things right. My family and I have been enjoying this sofa for over two months, and it's starting to feel more broken in. I love how everything opens. But head rests are not adjustable and too stiff. Usualy you get levels woth that stuff, this one either full open or full close. Cushions are stiff too, its been 2 months but its not getting softer, this is both good and bad. I mean you can sleep on it but not that comfortable. Delivery guys left it downstairs so we had to get it upstairs that was hard. Installation is easy just watchout for the short legs because they brake easy. Cheap plastic. Overall its good for the money, nice colors, easy install, not too heavy to move around. Yea nothing like it on this price range. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this was. It is very sturdy and just what I was looking for. If you are looking for a soft, squishy couch, this is not the one for you. It is very firm. That is what I like most! I have two dogs who play on and off the furniture and I feel like this will hold up in the long run. It is HEAVY. The only thing I did not like was putting on the feet. I used a regular screw driver and elbow grease. Probably easier if you have a drill. Also, the feet feel like cheap plastic almost. Not a fan. Other than that, this is a great find! ... show more
