I guess this item works as intended.. it thrusts and The suction mostly works and I mean hey, it gets the job done… unfortunately I have to use it while it turned off most of the time because the thrusting motion makes the motor inside the shaft of the toy way too hot for comfort! And I don’t mean like a warming sensation either! It literally gets so hot it really is uncomfortable! There is also no way to use the sucking portion of the toy unless the rest of it is fully inserted as far as it can go! It’s pretty easy to clean, just run it under the sink with a mild soap and it’s clean. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last very long either. This is my first "proper" sex toy so my review might be biased. The trusting is great, I like that part i won't lie, the head does indeed vibrate and pretty well compared to my cheaper toy. The "sucking" is more like a dull vibration even on what I assume to be the highest setting. The thrusting does get very powerful though. It's definitely a bigger toy in my eyes. The texture is fine, it feels like a normal sex toy. It's not very loud at all it's rather quiet. The batter life sucks tho. Fully charged it out of the box, and the charger SUCKS btw. It doesn’t stay connected and falls off if it isn’t supported in the exact position it needs to be in. After charging for about 3 hours it turned on for all of maybe 45 seconds before turning off and would not turn back on. Thought maybe it needed to be charged again so i once again put the charger on it and let it charge overnight and still nothing. Waste of money would not recommend at all. Disappointed.
