    • Set to DC mode in BIOS, Not PWM.
It's got the 4-pin PWM connector, but it's not PWM, it's DC. Works great with case fans where you just want them to all spin at the same speed. Where ever you plug it into the motherboard, just set the fan type to DC mode in BIOS. For Windows folk, you can use the FanControl software to either have the fans speed at a steady rate or set it to change based on a temperature source. I've got mine set to a steady 55% - and the system keeps cool and the fans are inaudible. Of course, depending on the fans you are using YMMV. So far I've ordered 2 of these. They work great. I have no complaints. While they are somewhat fragile, they surpassed my expectations for the price. I've seen comments about them igniting, but that isn't the fault of the product. Please read the specs on your motherboard and make sure it has the proper bridge. I also only go 3 fans per splitter to be on the safe side. I'm currently running 6 RGB fans using 2 splitters and have had no issues. ... show more

A power strip for your pc fans. Can’t go wrong with this. Good quality. No issues and have been using multiple in my pc for awhile. Pair this with some sticky zip tie bases and it’s gold.

    • THIS THING RULES
I was attempting to install THREE NEW FANS (after removing two) and suddenly realized that I had only TWO 4-PIN PWM's (CHA_FAN1 & CHA_FAN2) on my motherboard. I needed four!!! I quickly searched for PWM SPLITTERS on Amazon and was relieved to find THIS SPLITTER which has FIVE 4-PIN PWM's (1 CPU & 4 FAN). I did not require the ONE CPU 4-PIN, but I needed exactly FOUR FAN 4-PIN. I plugged the splitter into CHA_FAN1 and, after some degree of cable managing, I peeled the paper off of the bottom and stuck it comfortably to the bottom of the case.
