We bought a Bertazzoni dual fuel range that is now slightly over 3 years old. Overall it has been a reliable unit. However we recently had a minor part fail (Bertazzoni 604101 Range Switch) and despite canvassing the entire state of California have not been able to locate the part. Apparently it is on back order with "uncertain delivery date". It is incomprehensible that a company can offer a range that is $3000+ that fails when a $6 part goes out and they don't maintain a replacement inventory of these critical parts. Total joke from a quality aspect—its like the Yugo car of kitchen appliances. Don't touch this product or Company with a 10' pole. Terrible customer support and service. ... show more
