I use this for my ebike and love it. I use goggles with it and it fits perfect under the visor that the helmet comes with. Not flimsy at all and the strap is very nice as it secures to your chin very nicely. I read some reviews before purchasing this helmet. One thing that came up was the shortness of the chin strap. I ordered a large. When extended to it's maximum length, the chin strap barely makes it for me. I can only use one or two clicks on the strap closure. When I finally got it adjusted, it is a good fit for me, the closure seems secure. In other words, the chin strap fits but barely, if you wear a large helmet and have a thicker neck than me, this helmet probably wouldn't fit you. That being said, I like the helmet, it's lightweight, comfortable and a nice look for the price. It comes with 2 choices of retractable visors, clear or smoke. This was a nice helmet. When I purchase it, I thought I wanted a half face, but realized I needed a 3/4. I ordered a XL, based on previous reviews, some said to size up. I didn't, but it was too big for me. I ended up returning and getting a different helmet. This was a good buy though.

Helmet size was accurate. Comes with a clear and smoked visor. Have to take one off to put other on. Wind noise on sportster with small fairing is literally deafening. As in very bad ringing and plugged ears for a long time after ride is over. On ultra classic with 13 in fairing wind noise is alot better but that's also due to a better fairing. So if you riding fairing-less be prepared to become deaf. Asides from that it's a decent helmet for the money ... show more

    • Good Price, Tighter Fit

After a month and a half of use, this thing has survived 2 smaller drops @ 10mph, a roll over, and stays firm on my head during construction areas. The latch release is simple and easy to use. I'd recommend checking the foam padding, when I first got it the "pleather" liner came loose and the padding was sitting horribly. This was fixed with super glue in 5 minutes and hasn't been as issue since. Can wear it for 2+ hours with no issue, and no headache. Before, it sat way too tight around the neck at an XL for my head, and I've got a huge head. The XL broke in after about a week and the straps fit more snuggly now after a month in, with no fraying or cracking at all. No obvious signs of wear yet. The visor held up, and so did the windbreak/top vent cover attachment. The visor is easy to clean, and it comes with a 2nd extra tinted visor shipped in box as well as a carry bag that would rip if you took it out of the house, but works for storing it at home without scratching it. Pros: Easy release strap Comfortable to adjust Stays firm once put Both visors are high-ish quality and the mechanism for them is buttery smooth Easy to clean Fits headphones/earpieces well over the ear without rubbing on them at all Fits most eyewear Cons: WAY too tight as new, go a size up if you need it to fit exactly the way you expect. A bit small to fit, but unless you have a wide head like mine, most sizes should be close-ish if a bit tighter The strap mechanism on the quick release has a click/teeth thing to tighten it which sometimes doesn't want to go in on the first try because its slick metal. Easy to get used to but might be slippery at first fidgeting with it Interior liner was loose on delivery, better product checking/testing needed ... show more
