The stove arrived damaged. The sheet metal used on the sides of this stove is pretty thin. It looks like it had an impact on the bottom at some point on both the left and right side. I was there when the drivers unloaded so I know it didn't happen then. The two guys did a great job even hand carrying it down the gravel drive and actually helping me get it onto a dolly and into the house. This electric stove does not come with a plug, must purchase separately. Stove feels tin-ee, not a robust study product of quality. Many imperfections in the stainless steel. Door is very hard to open. I would not recommend or purchase again.

The item has only celsius reading but the buyer wants it in Fahrenheit, and Koolmore is sending the panel to take care of it and they are going to schedule a technician after I receive it. ... show more
