I like the plastic molded seats for durability and easy cleanup with young grandchildren. They are not super comfortable for adults for a long period of time though. Very easy to put together. Just be sure to take two caps off of the hydraulic portion. I missed that in my first one and it won't work right if you leave the tiny cap on. Otherwise, super easy and fast assembly. So the look is really nice for our outdoor bar but was looking for a pretty specific height but after seeing it was adjustable we bought them.Well all is good for height depending on how heavy you are I am 200 lbs and I bet it goes down 3 inches My friend is 300lbs and the chair went to the complete bottom height. At first we weren’t able to get the seats to raise. I guess I didn’t follow the directions closely. After contacting the seller, they responded quickly and showed up what we did wrong. They were super helpful. Once together they are very sturdy, they were packaged perfectly and look fantastic at our pool bar. I like that the seats are plastic as they will be outside.
