Resistance bands are a dime a dozen on Amazon. What sold me on this set was the fact that 6 bands are included along with a door attachment. Bands are invaluable for pull-ups / muscle-up training as well as for training other calisthenics skills. I also use them for pretty much any other exercise you can think of (bicep curls,shoulder press, squats..etc..) I keep them in the car and throw them in the suitcase when I travel. No gym, no problem, no excuses. Purchased this set several months ago and they seem to be holding up well. If you do any type of regular exercise you can find a use for a good set of bands. These bands are nice and durable. I used 1 set for almost a year with little signs of wear and tear and enjoyed them so much that I bought a second set to use with my band handles. One of my gray bands(the thickest) has a tiny tear in the edge and you would never notice. I am still able to use it with a bar and footplate to deadlift, or wrapped around a pull up bar with no signs of it getting bigger. The media could not be loaded. Great for workouts! I am used these bands to learn how to do unassisted pull-ups. I am noticing a difference in my abilities since using the bands. Definitely worth having in your gym!

I was on the fence when I went to purchase this particular brand of resistance bands. I had seen many other for a far larger price, that I would generally associate with also being higher quality. Needless to say this brand managed to deliver an excellent product at a very reasonable price, for the versatility offered. Ive started to implement these into my warm ups before heavy compound lifts, and for accessory movements. I have suggested the company to provide handles for the bands as they are not comfortable to use without some kind of handles, even though I use gloves. The dongle that goes behind the door gets pried after first few hours of use. Overall, they are good for the price of being light and portable when you are traveling. ... show more
