This is a great version of a thigh master. It’s effective at training adductors and legs and it includes exercises to try in varying intensity levels. I was surprised that it also included an exercise band which is heavy duty and works great. The device is easy to assemble and can be taken apart for a smaller storage space if needed. The leg pieces are formed to the curvature of your leg and are very comfortable. This device seems easy at first but once you get a few reps in, you can feel it in a big way. I love the idea of this device, but it's not really designed for larger thighs, which makes it more difficult to keep in place, or feel comfortable during the exercise. I wish they offered a version that had bigger pad areas so they would shape better to a larger leg.
