First - let me say a piece arrived broken. I had it drop shipped to my mother and she was distraught…had no idea what to do, was going to toss the whole thing. Had her send me a picture of what was broken. The customer service was outstanding - they not only figured out I was telling them the wrong name of the piece, but what it was and had it shipped super quickly. Kudos to them. As for what she loves about it? It replaced a 25 year old roll around that had bolts coming through the seat and this was a surprise for her. Low bar was set. However - she does love it. “ I really like it. I use this to take care of the weeds in my garden. I can put a bottle of water into the cup holder, and just roll along to my heart’s content, pulling out weeds along the way. There are two problems I see that might be an issue for folks…one, there is not a place to put a bag for weeds (I use my old paper bags so they do not have any handles.) I have to put the bag in front of the cart, and whenever I am ready to roll along, I have to lift the bag up first. Two, the front wheels do not turn, they only go in a straight line, so if your garden is curved, be prepared to get up and redirect the wheels. I can live with those two things. My grandsons like it, too. It becomes a great “go cart” to roll down the driveway when they come to visit. ... show more

I love this product, but I love their customer service even more! When I received the Exceptional Wheelie cart, I didn't put it together properly. I needed to order replacement parts so I contacted the company. They told me how I could use the cart in the meantime and sent me replacement parts that day! I love using it inside since I am recovering from a broken knee and a broken hip. It helps me with all sorts of things that need me to get near the floor. The directions could use some help but they haven't returned my call to speak with them about it. They really need to fix the assembly instructions. For that reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. It was very easy to put together. My husband put it together all by himself…without my help! I’m the one who usually is the engineer. So if he could do it anybody should be able to put it together. He loved the fact that it was made in America and the instructions were actually readable and easy to follow. I haven’t used it yet but it’s just about to get its first workout. As you young people age you will understand the need for things like this. You won’t be able to do things like you did when you were young.🤫 I got the one with the handles on each side to help me get up off of the cart. It has some round cubbies that you can put your drink in or hold your gardening tools. I’m going to get a friend ve gallon bucket and bungie cord it to one of the handles to put my pulled weeds in as I go along my flower beds, which I have all the way around my house and along the interior of the fenced in back yard. So I have a LOT of weeding to do….and it never ends. I wish I had bought this last year when I replaced all the shrubs on the front and sides of my house and installed new drip irrigated. This would have been the thing to have!!! I can see a lot of uses in the house, as well. It was a little pricey but I think it will be worth the money. I like the wide tires so the cart won’t rut up my flower beds and it should roll better than narrow tires. I’m 66 and still do my own flower beds. Nobody can make them look the way I like so I do it myself. I’ve hired help in the past and was never satisfied with the final outcome so I will do it myself as long as I am able. First of all made in the USA!! This garden trolley is everything it promised. I had purchased a cheaper one, made in China, and it was poorly made with cheap materials that fell apart with any weight. This one was perfect for my mom who refuses to give up her gardening

I'd like to echo what Janet Lowery said. It is nicely engineered. The only problems I had would have been non-problems if I had carefully read the tips and notes in the instructions. I got the EX530 because I have trouble standing up once I'm sitting down. I like it very much so far but I confess I just put it together and haven't really used it in the garden yet. ... show more

I like the arms that go up in the front and back. The height is adjustable and with the arms you can help pull your self up and be sure you have your balance. It is very sturdy and I think I will use it a lot.
