My case came with 4 fans that had the full blade illuminated. They were overpowering in the white case. I changed to eight of these ring light fans and got a nice, subtle glow. They also seem to move a little more air than the stock fans, and even at full boogie aren't annoying loud. I can hear them, but not at a level that becomes annoying. ... show more

I had to give these 5 stars, almost entirely because of the price. I like the thin 'halo' appearance of the RGB on these fans, so as inexpensive as they are I decided to give them a go. These turned out to be good quality fans, much quieter than the Light Wings they replaced. They top out at 1500 RPM so they won't move as much air as some other fans, and at full speed they are slightly louder than the Arctic fans they replaced... but these look great to me and provide plenty of performance for my 7700X / 7900 XT system. They are 'value' priced fans so the wires are pretty basic, but plenty long and they have provision for daisy chain connections on both cables. ... show more

quiet and stylish. looks cleaner than most of the rgb vomit that other rgb fans have. So not only are the Thermalright dual tower air coolers the best value in air cooling atm, their also killin' it in the rgb fan department.

To anyone confused the fans are the ones on the sides not the one on cpu nor the bottom. Anyways, these ARGB fans a truly amazing, they are so quiet, and give good ventilation. I recommend these fans especially because they are so easy to install

The fans are very nice quality and look simple and modern. You get the same, if not better quality from these that you do with a much more expensive fan. You will probably have to get a fan hub and RGB controller though to get the full experience (not a downside just a tip).

    • Solid case fans for starters

The first compliment I want to give to these fans is if you are a beginner to building, these are FANTASTIC starters that come at a phenomenal price, so much so that I wish I had started with these. I previously had an arrangement of Corsair SP120/140 Elites and a Commander Core XT, of which either iCue or the Core were causing me great grief (120s were not being given PWM control for whatever reason), and I can confidently say that replacing the SP120s with these was an improvement. Temps are great and the fans are borderline silent when my system idles or when using a browser. The daisy chain design is probably dependable, but I settled on buying a 1st party controller for them anyways, just as a precaution since I didn't look into the exact amperage of mobo PWM pinouts. As for their visuals, I'm satisfied with them. I was aiming for a more minimalistic lighting setup that was still fairly bright and these absolutely fulfill my parameter. However there are two things I should note for potential buyers. - While they are Fusion/Synapse compatible, the color indicator is off and what the software will display will NOT match the fan RGB (i.e. red is orange, blue is green, yellow is orange), so I recommend researching 3rd party universal software. Signal RGB seems to be working great in my experience. - Certain color transitions are very stark and are not as smooth as other brands. Lighter watercolor type lighting, full rainbow or combinations of warmer colors have smoother color transitions, while heavily contrasted colors like red+blue appear to have a "stutter" as the LEDS shift from one color to the next. There is also especially notable gaps between the LEDS the dimmer and cooler your color choices are. I'm personally not bothered by this, but it is something to note for buyers who want smoother lighting transitions. All in all I don't really think you can go wrong with these so as log as you aren't picky. I'm just thrilled to finally have fans that adjust to my PC performance and received more quantity of for half the price! ... show more
