The sauna delivers near, middle and far infrared frequencies, so you get skin (near), inflammation (middle) and far (general health) benefits all at the same time. I've only used it a few times, and I am amazed at the improvement in aches and pain and my skin. After 30 minutes at 120 degrees (the minimum for this sauna) I can exfoliate just by rubbing my hands over my skin. I hope the long term far red benefits are as pronounced! I move a lot for my job, so the portability was a must. I had some questions about delivery for the seller and I contacted him by phone. I was able to get in touch with him WITH ONE CALL (no automated voice telling me my call was "very important now talk to a machine and leave a very important voice mail because REAL people don't have time for you". IT WAS GREAT! His time to delivery estimate was spot on. The seller's name was Gone Green, LLC. I'd order again from Gone Green again in a heartbeat. ... show more

Heats quickly, easy to set up, move & takedown. Chair is comfortable. Like that, if needed, I can take your hands out and use my phone. As good a they get! 100% would recommend it to a friend or buy again!
