I've tried to use several stainless steel cleaners on my expensive fridge. It kept getting worse. After buying this product, which did absolutely nothing, I realized, based on another reviewer, that indeed it was just polishing without cleaning it. It would just spread the dirt and oil all around! I went the old fashion way and used a paste of baking soda with water. I was scared at first but desperate! Using that solution, my fridge looks brand new! No scratches and it actually cleaned and shined it! Make sure you use a soft wet cloth to apply, soft wet cloth to rinse, and a dry soft cloth to dry. If you look at the picture, you can see why I returned it. I received an email the day after I received it and was asking me to write a review. I waited until I had used it. This is what I sent back to them after I used it: "I tried your product today and I have attached a photo of the results. The manufacturer recommends a stainless steel cleaner and was excited to try your product. I followed the instructions and we are horrified at the results. I tried buffing out the smears and my husband tried. Our fridge now looks worse. We’re going to have to find something that can correct what your product did. I will be requesting a refund from Amazon". A few days later, this is what I received back from them: "Thanks so much for your email! I am happy to hear that Therapy Stainless Steel Cleaner is working out great for you. Feedback like yours means the world to a small business like ours. With all the glowing reviews, I thought I had fianlly found a stainless cleaner that really works. Was I wrong. I followed the directions to the letter, and all I got was streaks, streaks, and more streaks. I tried it a couple of times, but nothing changed. I'm not sending it back, because that's such a pain, but I learned my lesson on this product the hard way. ... show more

I hate to see 5 star reviews because a lot of the time it is the phonies who sell or get products for their phony reviews. This one deserved it though so that is why I headed it like I did. I have tried many in store products but I felt like I was waxing a car. This stuff only takes a little Longer than using a spray cleaner. Might have not taken that except I started with really dirty appliances. Neutral odor. Will drip on floor as you spray so have paper towel ready to wipe up. Will continue to buy this. First time I got my JenAir knobs clean with something like this instead of having to remove them and clean with dawn. Total time cleaning really nasty appliances was about ten minutes. Probably would have been less than 5 if they had started fairly clean and only prints. I like time savers. ... show more

I am a sloppy person by nature, so God only knows why I decided to get stainless steel appliances that are constantly riddled with my greasy finger prints. After spending Christmas with my mother-in-law, she showed me the cleaner she uses for her appliances. Unfortunately, the cleaner she used came in a 3 oz bottle, and was almost used up after one application. That wasn't going to work for me, so I took to Amazon, looking for the best rated Stainless Steel Appliance cleaner, and Therapy Premium Stainless Steel is where I was directed. Once I saw it came with a microfiber cloth, I added it to my cart and checked out without delay. Fast-foward to its arrival at my house. I took it out of the box, directed a few sprays at my fridge, and used the microfiber cloth to wipe with the grain of the stainless steel. My fridge was SHINING! GLOWING! I couldn't believe how good it looked and I took solace in the fact that the bottle size was big, because then I could get some serious use out of this cleaner. The only problem is, I've only had to spray it down once! This cleaner works so well that it some how repels my finger prints and I'm not spraying down my doors every time I touch them. I was hesitant because other cleaners weren’t great.. they either didn’t work or left a weird residue that dust would stick to. This cleaner doesn’t leave a residue and actually works! Highly recommend!!

Really like this cleaner! I've used many others and the results with this cleaner make it stand out as a leader. Included is a micro cleaning cloth. I start with a dry sink. I always use one of those absorbing cloths to get excess water off. Then spray and wipe until dry with the micro cloth included with purchase. Leaves my sink nice and shiny clean :) ... show more
