I'm a very heavy tea drinker and have the tendency to leave my unfinished tea overnight, so it stained the cup really quickly after a short period of time. The stains are very stubborn. No amount of liquid soap help remove it. I decided to try this since it was only around $5. It has a very slimy and gritty texture with a pleasant scent. The application is very simple. Followed the instructions and scrubbed it for a few minutes. After rinsing the cup with hot water, it restored back to nearly 95% brand new again. The result was absolutely amazing. I purchased all of the forms of this product and have used all of them primarily in the bathroom. I wanted a cleaner that was gentle and worked on the clawfoot tub and the porcelain sinks. This product worked wonderfully. I use a soft cloth and rubbed in a circular motion on the little bit of soap ring that I could feel on the tub. I left it on and went to the sinks and also cleaned the chrome around the drain. It was easy to rinse off. Everything looked perfect. The soap ring was gone. I do lots of restoration and repairs of vintage items, and I bought this to try it out. I had it for almost a year before I had a project that needed it, and boy am I glad I did. Today I used it to remove hard water stains in the bottom of a mid century glazed pottery planter. The piece also had masking tape residue on the exterior and interior, as well as the original store sticker from the early 1960s. I wanted to remove all the junk while leaving the original store sticker intact, and The Pink Stuff not only removed this years-old residue, it did it nearly immediately. I used a teflon sponge and a white magic sponge to work The Pink Stuff around, and the piece was done in under a minute. I just carefully rinsed and dried it - perfect even after 60ish years. I have used it on other pieces with a microfiber cloth to do basic cleaning/polishing. I live that it is so effective AND eco-friendly. I will probably buy every sort made now for future projects.
